Unless you choose a lounge with a longer stay, you may arrive at the lounge up to 3 hours before your flight time. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of the lounge staff. A maximum of 3 hours per passenger is granted.

Service and Location
Guests must make sure that the area of their selected service location matches the area of the airport/ terminal where their flight will depart. For example, passengers departing for Domestic Departures will not be able to use our service locations in International Departures. For North American airports, passengers departing from the U.S. Transborder or U.S. Departures areas will not be able access our service locations in Domestic or International Departures. Please contact your airline to verify your flight departure/ terminal details.
Departures/Transit lounges are located in the restricted area of the airport. Guests must be in possession of a valid onward boarding pass and travel documents to access the lounge. Departing passengers will need to pass through immigration and customs before proceeding to the departure lounge. Transit passengers must possess an onward boarding pass (please contact your airline for onward boarding pass details).
Arrival lounges are located outside the restricted area. Guests must be in possession of valid travel documents to clear security and enter the country, where applicable, in order to access the lounge.
Shower usage (for lounge packages) is subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis. Guests who wish to use the shower must register with the lounge reception.
Child Policy
Children under the age of two (2) may enjoy complimentary access/use;
All children must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is at least 18 years old.
Cancellation and Amendments
For bookings including Private Resting Area, cancellations/amendments must be made no later than 48 hours before the booked usage or check-in time.
Late cancellation and/ or failure to arrive at the facility will be considered as No Show and the booking will not be refunded.
In the event of any flight delays, Plaza Premium Lounge Management Limited at its discretion may allow certain flexibility. However, such courtesy is subject to availability of service(s) in order not to prevent other guests from enjoying the service(s) they have booked.

Airside – The lounge is located within the restricted area where passengers departing have cleared customs as well as passport control and for arriving passengers who have not left the restricted area.
