What is the drop-off procedure?

As this is a self-park facility, please arrive 15 minutes before you wish to leave for the terminal. Simply take a ticket at the entrance gate and follow the signs directing you to the type of parking for which you have paid. Once parked, stay by your car and wait for the shuttle bus which leaves every five minutes for the Domestic Terminal. For shuttles to the International Terminal, please note you must park in the designated section (rows R & S) in the covered parking area - you can not avail of International shuttle bus service from the uncovered parking section.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Domestic Terminal: Please Call For Shuttle pick-up between Midnight and 7AM at (404) 767 8000. You don't need to call during the day and evening hours. You will be picked up outside door LN1 of the north terminal (take the escalator down near baggage claim 4 of the north terminal). Please refer to the back of your red slip for further directions. A PreFlight shuttle will arrive at this area within 7 - 12 minutes. Please give your red slip to the driver. The driver will bring you back to your vehicle, giving priority to covered parking customers and then to the parking location. International Terminal: Shuttle service to the International Terminal runs (from their covered parking area only) every 30 minutes. Please call (404) 767 8000 when you arrive at the terminal for return shuttle service.

This parking lot provides free battery jump service and tire inflation. Electric vehicle charging stations are available in their covered parking area, so you can arrive home to a complimentary full charge.
