Booking was simple, transfers to and from the airport very efficient, finding the park was a bit on the difficult side - everyone's Satnav is different so print off and follow the written instructions when you get close. I shut my Satnav down after we saw a (very small) sign on a (very big) roundabout and even then it took us a while to find it. Aim for Premier Inn if all else fails.

Easy to use, loads of spaces, & minimal waiting time for the transfer. Better off using the postcode to the Premier Inn next door, it'll take you straight to the Airparks car park. Highly recommended.

Staff were a pleasure to deal with. We were the only passengers on the way back from the airport. A pleasurable experience. Only downside was on dropping the car off before our holiday we were directed to an area that was covered in brables.It was difficult to get the cases out of the boot.

Great location but a bit tricky to find on sat nav ( you are told this on confirmation). Drivers are very helpful with getting luggage in and out of buses. Buses were clean and comfortable and enough space for luggage. One thing I would suggest is that it is clearer on pick up of arrival at the airport, which bus goes where. Unfortunately we ended up on the wrong bus going to the car park tht was 15 minutes away. However, I would like to thank the two gentlemen at the reception at 9.10pm last night (3/5/23) who kindly saw that with two young children that late at night and arranged transport to get us to the correct car park without having to go all the way back to the airport and wait for another bus. They were also very helpful with the luggage. A real credit to your team

The parking experience itself was good and the transfer time very good! However - the postcode gets you close but not close enough. Better directions are required for exactly the position of the car park ie opposite the Premier Inn on the same road location. I wasted 15 minutes looking for a pinned location and in the end had to go and ask at a reception of a Holiday Inn express for clearer directions- not good when you are in a rush!

Service was great, when arrived was greeted by a very friendly gentleman. Haven’t been away for a couple of years so the whole airport thing was a daunting task again. The car park was the first hurdle of the trip and it went swimmingly. Plenty of spaces to choose between in allocated area. Didn’t have to wait long for the bus to take us to the airport. One thing to remember is to keep the ticket from the bus as you need this to get back on and it really speeds up the process. Arrived at midnight and didn’t have to wait long for the bus to pick us up and return us to the car park. Will definitely be using this again.

Directions for Airparks Short Run
The postcode for the car park B40 1QB covers a large area and if you use a satnav, it may take you to the Holiday Inn Express or the Little Owl pub. We recommend that you follow the instructions below when you leave the motorway.If you do find yourself at the Holiday Inn Express or the Little Owl, head back to the roundabout and follow the signs towards Elmdon Industrial Estate, Airport and Train Station. You will find ShortRun on the next roundabout along at the first exit. The entrance is on your left, just beyond the Premier Inn.
Search for the Premier Inn NEC on your satnav and you'll see the car park at the top of the road.
When you arrive at the car park
A member of ShortRun's friendly team will meet you, check you in and let you know where to park - you won't even need to get out of your car. You'll receive a ticket telling you what to do when you return, so keep it safe as you'll need to show it to the bus driver when you get back.
Once you've parked keep hold of your keys and head to the bus stop to catch the shuttle to the terminal. It runs on demand, 24 hours a day. It takes 5 minutes is included in the price.
Returning to the car park
Give Short Run a call when you get to bus stop A so they can send the bus to collect you. You'll then be dropped off in the zone where you parked your car, so there's only a short distance to walk.

Accessibility - ShortRun has 6 accessible spaces which work on a first come, first served basis. Add a comment to your booking requesting an accessible space and call the car park directly 24 hours before you go - they will try to make sure there is space or get you as near as possible to the bus stop.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 a day. This is subject to change.
