Always a problem here when you leave the car park. The ticket won’t go in the machine and you have to press for help. Happened the last 3 times I’ve booked here

No problem’s with the parking at all, it was easy to get in with number Recognition and find a parking space and great to find the car exactly where you left it. It was good not to be charged extra because are flight was 2 hours late and most of all it was a good price. Excellent

Perfect parking for me being disabled, as the multi storey car park is next to the terminal. My only issue is that I cannot use a disabled parking space because I take my blue badge with me to use abroad.

Convenient for the airport - within walking distance as described. Actually better than meet and greet as you don't have to ring when you have your luggage so only have to walk to your car.

Next door to the terminal, we were at the check-in desk five minutes after parking. The walk is under cover so no problem if it rains. Car Park 2 & 3 and Car Park 1 are perfect if you want to park yourself onsite and next to the terminal.

We found the car park easily and it was a short walk to the airport. When returning to the car park and trying to exit, the machine said that we had underpaid and must pay another @£360! We pressed the help button and just kept getting a recorded message saying that they were busy and to keep holding. By now a queue had built up behind us, I got out the car to direct people into the other lane. When our call was eventually answered, the assistant said it was a system problem and lifted the barrier. I have booked car parks via FHR many times and never encountered any problems before, but just be wary if you are parking in BHX car park 3

When we arrived at the airport we made our way to car park 2 to find it was closed and we were redirected. This could have been displayed before we got there as we then had to do a circuit of the airport again to get to car park 3. When we arrived home and got to the exit, it said that we owed £392 even though we had already paid. We pressed the customer service and quoted our number plate and we were then let out. Thought that the number plate would automatically be read and we could just leave. Overall parking was good and easy to get to the departure/arrival halls. Would recommend and use the company again.

So convenient,I easily booked in on line. Its number plate recognition so you just drive in a find a space you take a ticket at the barrier that you need to get back out. It was pretty full so had to drive to the 8th floor lots of spaces higher up . Large lift so cases fit in ok too, short walk to the terminal about 5mins. All you have to remember is what floor and bay you are on ! When you leave just follow the exit signs back down and put your ticket in the machine on the exit barrier. All very easy.

It was all pretty straightforward and I was in and out quickly. The only issue I would have is that parts of the car parkvwere very dark (obviously night night return) and better lighting would be an improvement

We found the car park really easily and it is very close to the terminal. The only problem that we had was that the barrier would not raise on exit. We had to phone the attendant who let us out instantly.

Exit the M42 at junction 6 and join the A45, and just follow the signs to the airport. On arrival at the airport follow the signs to Car Park 2&3.Arrival Procedure:
We are now operating as a ticketless car park. You no longer need to push for a ticket, our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.
It is important that you provide us with the correct registration number at the point of booking, otherwise our cameras won't be able to recognise your booking.
Please ensure you park in Car Park 2 & 3 to avoid any additional charges.
Should you require any help, please press the assistance button and a member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you. The assistance button is located on the entrance column.
Returns Procedure;
Once you are back at the car park, drive to the exit where the barrier will raise automatically to allow exit.
If the barrier does not raise, it may be that you have overstayed or parked in the incorrect car park. Any overstay will be charged at the standard tariff.
You can pay any additional charges at the exit lane with your card. Please make sure you choose the correct lane for payment and have your registration number ready to quote.

Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, any over stay will be charged at the exit barrier at the standard tariff.
Car Park 2 has 9 bays set aside for disabled drivers, and youÂ’ll find these on Level 1 conveniently located next to the pedestrian exit to the terminal. Car Park 3 has 5 disabled spaces located to the left of the entry lanes on the surface area outside.
