Take the M42, exit at junction 6 onto the A45, and follow the signs for the airport. When you arrive at the airport, follow the signs for the Valet Parking area.

What is the drop-off procedure?

The drop-off procedure couldn’t be smoother. Call the Platinum team on + the number on your confirmation 51 around 30 minutes before you arrive so the team are ready for you, then follow the signs for ‘Valet Parking’ when you arrive at Birmingham Airport. One of the Platinum drivers will greet you at the meeting point, check in your car, and you can stroll to the terminal. If you have an EV, you can request it to be charged too.

What is the pick-up procedure?

As soon as you land and regain signal, we recommend calling the team to ensure they’re waiting for you at the designated pick-up location. The number will be on your receipt, which is given to you at drop-off – we recommend taking a picture of this and saving the number in case you lose it. When the Platinum team receive your call, they’ll arrange for your car to be moved from their secure facility to the Valet Parking area – the same place as drop-off. A driver will be ready to greet you and hand over your keys.

Vehicles must be taxed, roadworthy, and hold a valid MOT.
- Car keys must be left with the parking team so your vehicle can be parked securely.
- EV charging is included for customers who have booked the EV product.
- Maximum vehicle size:2.4m x 4.8m.
- Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorhomes, and vehicles with eight or more seats are not permitted.
- Please contact us in advance to discuss possible arrangements for non-standard vehicles.
- This facility may not be suitable for vehicles adapted for disabled drivers – please contact in advance to confirm.
