What is the drop-off procedure?

The organised drop-off process ensures your journey gets off without a hitch. Call the Platinum team on + the number on your confirmation 51 around 30 minutes before your arrival. Then, follow the signs for ‘Valet Parking’ when you arrive at Birmingham Airport. One of the Platinum drivers will be waiting to greet you at the meeting point and check in your car. All you need to do is hand over your keys, and you can stroll to the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

We recommend calling the Platinum team when you land (and regain signal!) to make sure they’re ready to greet you at the Valet Parking Area – the same location as drop-off. The number will be on the receipt given to you at drop-off. We recommend taking a picture of the receipt or saving it in your phone in case it’s misplaced. When the team receive your call, they’ll move your car from their secure parking facility to the Valet Parking area. A member of the team will be waiting to greet you, confirm your booking, and return your keys to you.
