Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Step 1: Call Ahead Please contact us 30–60 minutes prior to your arrival at Birmingham International Airport by calling +44 (0) the number on your confirmation Step 2: Arrival at the Airport When you reach Birmingham International Airport, follow the signs for "Valet Parking". Step 3: Vehicle Handover One of our professional drivers will be waiting to greet you and complete the check-in process for your vehicle.What is the pick-up procedure?
Step 1: Call Ahead On your return, please call the number shown on your receipt (provided at check- in) 30 minutes before you expect to arrive. We recommend making this call as soon as you land. Step 2: Vehicle Dispatch Once we receive your call, we will arrange for your vehicle to be returned from our secure facility to the airport. Step 3: Vehicle Collection Your car will be returned to the Valet Parking area — the same location where you dropped it off. Our driver will greet you, verify your booking, and hand back your keys.What security measures does the car park have?
Our car park facilities are highly secure. These measures include, 24/7 on-site staff, monitored alarm systems, perimeter fencing, and CCTV surveillance.What else do I need to know?
Restrictions: We welcome most vehicles that fit within a standard parking space (2.4m x 4.8m) - Any fobs, keyrings, house keys, etc., must be removed from the car key before handing over to the Platinum team. - Trailers, commercial vehicles and vehicles with eight or more seats are generally not accepted. However, if you inform Platinum Parking in advance, they might be able to accommodate campervans or trailers. - Platinum Valet are not able to accommodate vehicles that are adapted for disabled drivers. - The Platinum Valet meeting point is at Birmingham International Airport. - All Platinum chauffeurs carry an official Platinum Valet ID. - The Platinum team provide 2 free bottles of water to customers. Important Notices:
All other keys or items apart from the car key must be removed from the key ring prior to handover. Platinum Valet (“the Company”) is only responsible for the car key itself and will accept no liability for house keys, alarm fobs, or other items left on the key ring. Furthermore, we advise that all valuables are removed from vehicles prior to handover. The Company is not liable for the loss or damage of any items inside customer vehicles.
Restrictions:
We welcome a variety of vehicles to utilise our parking facilities, provided they can accommodate a standard sized parking space (2.4m x 4.8m).
Please note that trailers, commercial vehicles and vehicles with eight or more seats are not eligible for standard parking. If contacted in advance prior to booking, we may be able to accommodate certain
non-standard sized vehicles such as commercial vehicles, motorhomes, caravans, or other vehicles with trailers. If not arranged in advance, we may be unable to collect your vehicle.
Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate vehicles that have been specially
adapted for disabled users. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us in advance to confirm.
