Very easy to park at Bournemouth. My original booking car was not available and therefore required a change of vehicle which was done very easily by your very friendly Customer Service Agent. There was a slight problem when leaving the Car Park as the camera failed to recognize my number plate, to lift the barrier which caused some confusion. This was corrected once I talked with the barrier Manager. I will book your car park the next time I travel. Many thanks .

Easily entered via ANPR at barrier. Very busy but eventually found a space in the far corner. Arrived back and I left my family to collect cases and fetched car to disabled area to avoid a long walk across car park at 1am with cases. Good decision as I only waited 1 minute before family arrived, we loaded up and exited easily via ANPR again.

Couldn't have been easier. Turned up, straight in, parked and short walk to the terminal. None of the usual when the camera doesn't recognise your number plate and having to speak to someone through a speaker, in the rain! Will definitely use again.

The number plate recognition did not work when we arrived so we had to take a token to get into the carpark. When we got home it took a long time to sort out, to be let out of the carpark but other than that it was ok. The man we spoke too could not understand why it had not worked but let us out and apologized.

Take the M3 southbound towards Southampton.Where the M3 joins the M27, take the M27 westbound towards Bournemouth, which will become the A31
Take the exit signposted Bournemouth airport/A338.
At the roundabout, take the first left onto the A338.
About five miles along the A338, you will see the B3073 exit for Bournemouth airport signposted on your left.
Continue down the road until you reach the Departures building on your left.
Car Park 2 entrance is directly opposite the Departures building. There are three entrance lanes to the car park; follow the green entrance lane (right hand lane) that is signposted as pre-book entry.
On arrival:- Drive up to the entrance barrier for the Green entrance lane and your numberplate will be automatically recognised.
The barrier should then open automatically, but please allow up to 40 seconds to happen.
Standard Parking is located in rows G - Z. Please do not park in rows D-F as this is for Premium parking customers.
If for any reason the barrier does not automatically rise please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you.
Please do not press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this will not take into account that you have a prepaid reservation.
Please do not park in the 'Premium Parking' section of the car park as this is reserved for customers booking 'Premium Parking' only. Any unauthorised vehicles parked in this area will be towed.
On Return:
Take the short walk back to the car park to find your car.
Head towards the exit barrier by using the two exit lanes located in the car park, next to rows I and J.
The Automatic Numberplate Recognition system will read your vehicles number plate and the barrier will lift automatically, but please allow up to 40 seconds for this to happen.
If the barrier doesn't rise please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and raise the barrier.
If prompted for over-stay payment please use the integrated Chip & Pin device.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of three hours on either side of the times you've booked, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £21.50 per day. Please note this is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Any bigger than this you'll be charged for a second space.

Would we be able to park a motor home measuring 6.5meters in length from 10th July -14th July There are no vehicle height restrictions at the car park entrances and exits.Vehicle width restrictions are limited to our standard space size of 2.4m x 4.8m. Drivers of large and long wheelbase vehicles may use the car parks, but are advised that if their vehicle restricts the use of other car parking bays, the airport reserves the right to charge for the extra space.
