Directions

From Bristol City Centre, join the A38 southbound towards Bristol Airport. Continue on the A38 for approximately 8 miles, following signs for the airport. As you approach, follow the signs for Drop Off & Pick Up and proceed to the Transport Interchange, where the Meet and Greet Premium Valet team will meet you.

What is the drop-off procedure?

10 minutes prior to your arrival, call the team on the number on your confirmation to let them know youÂ’re nearly there. Follow signs for the Drop Off and Pick Up and drive towards the Transport Interchange, where a member of the Meet and Greet Premium Valet team will meet you.

Please ensure you have:
- Your car keys
- Your booking confirmation
- Your return flight details

Your vehicle will then be parked in Bristol AirportÂ’s secure, on-site car park for the duration of your trip.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Upon arrival, clear customs and head to the Meet and Greet Reception on Level 2 of the Multi-Storey Car Park, where your vehicle will be waiting nearby. Please bring your receipt to collect your keys. Drive to the exit barrier, where the ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) camera will read your number plate and verify your booking.

- This car park can only be booked in advance.
- Cars must be taxed, roadworthy, and MOT certified.
- All valuables must be removed from the car.
