The multi storey car park at Bristol airport is an excellent facility. I would have rated it 5 stars but on trying to leave the car park my number plate was not recognised and they wanted to charge an extortionate amount for parking over 5 days. I had of course pre-paid so I pushed the 'help' button for assistance; the problem then was that it took ages for somebody to answer the call.

On arrival it took over 20 mins to find a space....Also when going to the terminal on departure, it was anl uphill to the terminal, so many people were struggling to push trolley/cases. May stick to Silver Zone next time

Have used FHR several times before and have never had any problems. This was the first time I used the Bristol Multi-Storey and will definitely use again. Very simple to access and a quick walk to the airport.

Number plate recognition didn't work on entry (perhaps because there is an 'O' in it) so I had to take a ticket. On exit I just had to press a button and give details of my booking so someone could let me out. So, not perfect, but problem resolved quickly and with pleasant and helpful service.

This multi-storey car park is quite new and is easy access for walking to airport just a few minutes away. Not all the walk is covered so might be a bit different in the wet. Not cheap but worth it to park yourself and keep your keys safe in the knowledge no one is driving round in your car while your away.

Need to sort out vehicle recognition, every time I book into Bristol my car registration is not recognised. After pre booking I have to call help desk to exit the car park. This only happens in Bristol.
