Follow signs to the Silver Zone Drop Off Car Park. Drop off procedure- Require bay number, booking reference and car registration to check in at Self Check In Kiosks. Drop your key and you'll be provided with a green receipt. Keep this safe as it's needed to collect your key upon your return.What is the pick-up procedure?
Hand the green receipt in at reception and you'll receive you keys back. Drive to the exit barrier, which should automatically open via ANPR. If the barrier does not raise, press the intercom button and an operator will assist you.What security measures does the car park have?

Booking was clear and easy. But Silver Zone is very expensive in my view. Cheaper alternatives are less secure and less convenient, so one has to pay the price.

Excellent parking right next to Bristol airport with good facilities and with a very reliable short bus trip to the airport departures. Return by bus to silver zone was clearly marked outside arrivals and easy to find.. Signage to the Silver zone car park from bristol direction was very clear and easy to follow. Would use this parking again.

I fail to see how the Silver Zone parking system could be improved. It took 30 seconds to book in, coach was waiting and left within one minute. From stepping outside the airport on our return to driving away took little more than 10 min. Fantastic.

Everything fine except collection from airport. We travel as a family of 3 myself, my wife and 53 year old wheelchair bound son. EVERY time we try to catch a bus back to car park we are always told that there is no room for wheelchair, but another bus will be along shortly. Fine I accept that can happen. And the bus is always fairly full near the ramp doors. However, when the bus pulls away, 99% of the time the bus is virtually empty at the rear end., which really annoys me. Surely the driver must see that people congregate around the doors in order to get off quickly. Thus blocking a wheelchair access. Cannot people be ushered towards back of bus so as wheelchair users can get access . No doubt this complaint will be totally ignored but at least I have got my complaint off my chest.

A little nervous using a third party to book silver parking at Bristol Airport but inclusive of a discount FHR were very competitive and offered and very good service with regular email confirmations, updates and clear instructions. The parking itself was quick, efficient and hassle free and a brilliant way to take your car to Bristol Airport which works out cheaper than return taxi's

The Silver Zone car park has become a very slick operation. I would give 5 stars except that last night, as a lot of passengers walked towards the SilverZone bus stop at the terminal for the return journey to the car park, the bus pulled away. It looked fairly full, but only with seated passengers. By the time the bus came back, 15 minutes later on a literally freezing night, there were far too many people waiting and we were packed in like sardines, probably exceeding licensed bus capacity (I counted 50 people, possibly plus or minus 2, plus baggage if anyone wants to check that). Maybe better than being left waiting, but they know how many people are due to come back at a particular time, they have the return flight details. They should provide sufficient buses for the load.

Directions for Silver Zone Car Park
You may notice a change to the internal road layout at Bristol Airport. There is no change to Silver Zone car park and your bus will follow the new road layout to drop off and pick up at the terminal as usual.Follow signs for Silver Zone Car Park as you approach the airport on the A38. The car park is situated South of the main Terminal, so please do not follow signs for any other car parks except Silver Zone.

All Silver Zone customers will be required to hand over their keys as thier car will be moved to a secure on-site location.
Silver Zone - Arrival Procedures
Enter the auto scanner, the barriers will automatically raise once the scanner has taken images of your vehicle and your registration is recognised on the system.
Drop off procedure- Require bay number, booking reference and car registration to check in at Self Check In Kiosks. Drop your key and you'll be provided with a green receipt. Keep this safe as it's needed to collect your key upon your return.
Exit the reception area and wait for a courtesy bus to take you straight to the terminal, (buses run every 15 minutes). Journey time approximately 7-9 minutes.
On return
When you return, take the bus straight back to Silver Zone. Go to the Silver Zone Collection area. Hand over the green receipt and retrieve your keys. Follow the signs to the exit and the barrier should raise automatically.
If the barrier does not raise, please press the intercom button and the team will assist you.
Note: Any over stay fees will be taken at reception prior to keys being released. Overstay rate at Silverzone is £30 per day or part thereof (subject to change)

I dont know which vehicle i will be using so can i put the registration number in at a later date or is there a cost to change the details if i enter one when booking now?We can amend the vehicle details at a later date. We do not charge an amendment fee
I notice there is a quote for £53 which is non amendable.Is this price of £59.00 amendable as I am changing my car and I'm not sure if this will happen before I travel or upon my return, therefore the registration number will be different??We are unable to change the times and dates on the non flexible option but is fine to amend the vehicle details.
