Follow signs to the Silver Zone Drop Off Car Park. Drop off procedure- Require bay number, booking reference and car registration to check in at Self Check In Kiosks. Drop your key and you'll be provided with a green receipt. Keep this safe as it's needed to collect your key upon your return.What is the pick-up procedure?
Hand the green receipt in at reception and you'll receive you keys back. Drive to the exit barrier, which should automatically open via ANPR. If the barrier does not raise, press the intercom button and an operator will assist you.What security measures does the car park have?

Very well organised and well sign posted. Key drop was really efficient and it was nice to see that there were assistants there to help if you needed it. On returning late at night (2am) with a volume of people turning up to collect keys they were fantastic; lots of staff and key collection literally took minutes. Would definitely book again, and have already made recommendations to friends an family.

Easy to find, plenty of parking spaces on arrival, easy check in process. On return sufficient staff to deal with the number of passengers waiting to claim their cars and will book again.

No problem parking on arrival, key deposited with ease on self service machine with an old gentleman assisting me.( a 5 star rating there). However on my return all change, queues out the door waiting for keys only one assistant getting keys, whether she called or pressed a button two more appeared from behind a screen we now moved quicker. I retrieved my keys and was told where to get my car from the new location. On finding my car and securing my granddaughters in the back seat I attempted to get into the drivers seat, the person who moved the car was either very height restricted or they thought it would be a joke to rack the drivers seat up and forward as far as it would go every adjustment was changed( I used the same service back in May and the seat positions were changed then, but not to this extreme) and to cap it all the heater controls whacked up to highest setting. On a very hot day flight return and a three hour home journey ahead the smile was not there, I appreciate when moving our cars to new locations your drivers must have the right safety positions to drive but come on this is a service industry we pay for. I find the FHR carpark very useful to use and hope some thoughtful changes are made.

Overall reasonably good. Only runs 3 buses per hour from car park to airport. 20 min queue to collect keys on our return. If your case isn’t on wheels, you may have to carry your luggage quite a long way back to your car on your return.

We have always parked with Silver Zone and not encountered too many problems. However, this time there were queues to check in (although this moved quite quickly) and it was a bit chaotic. The problem was on our return. The queues were horrendous and the buses were 15 minutes apart. I can’t believe that they could not have provided more frequent buses to alleviate this. That said, on a good day you can’t fault them.

Long waiting times both to drop off keys and to pick them up. Need to factor this in currently with the long cues in the airport itself. Little wonder people still miss their flights even arriving in plenty of time.

Confusing for the older generation who have no tech knowledge and a bit chaotic when returning to get your keys, our car had been moved and the key wasn’t labelled to say where it was.

Very long waiting time on booking in and out, and also queue was out of building. On collection my car was park on very last place a with two young children a luggage was not a pleasure. Maybe on booking should be a option to let who you traveling with...or should be like family parking space close to building.

Parking was easy and didn't have to wait for the airport bus, however, on our return things went wrong. Our flight was on time but when we went to pick up the keys we were told our car hadn't been moved to the collection bay (we weren't the only ones). We waited for an hour for our car to be found. I appreciate that you may be struggling for staff, but it was the last thing we needed after an early flight.

Directions for Silver Zone Car Park
You may notice a change to the internal road layout at Bristol Airport. There is no change to Silver Zone car park and your bus will follow the new road layout to drop off and pick up at the terminal as usual.Follow signs for Silver Zone Car Park as you approach the airport on the A38. The car park is situated South of the main Terminal, so please do not follow signs for any other car parks except Silver Zone.

All Silver Zone customers will be required to hand over their keys as thier car will be moved to a secure on-site location.
Silver Zone - Arrival Procedures
Enter the auto scanner, the barriers will automatically raise once the scanner has taken images of your vehicle and your registration is recognised on the system.
Drop off procedure- Require bay number, booking reference and car registration to check in at Self Check In Kiosks. Drop your key and you'll be provided with a green receipt. Keep this safe as it's needed to collect your key upon your return.
Exit the reception area and wait for a courtesy bus to take you straight to the terminal, (buses run every 15 minutes). Journey time approximately 7-9 minutes.
On return
When you return, take the bus straight back to Silver Zone. Go to the Silver Zone Collection area. Hand over the green receipt and retrieve your keys. Follow the signs to the exit and the barrier should raise automatically.
If the barrier does not raise, please press the intercom button and the team will assist you.
Note: Any over stay fees will be taken at reception prior to keys being released. Overstay rate at Silverzone is £30 per day or part thereof (subject to change)

I dont know which vehicle i will be using so can i put the registration number in at a later date or is there a cost to change the details if i enter one when booking now?We can amend the vehicle details at a later date. We do not charge an amendment fee
I notice there is a quote for £53 which is non amendable.Is this price of £59.00 amendable as I am changing my car and I'm not sure if this will happen before I travel or upon my return, therefore the registration number will be different??We are unable to change the times and dates on the non flexible option but is fine to amend the vehicle details.
our return flight is die to land at about 4.45. If we book our exit for say 6pm and the flight is late will there be an additional fee on exit? Or....should we book our exit for say 8pm to allow for some delays? We would suggest you book a slightly later time so it will
