If your booking falls within the hours of 22:00 - 08:00, for both arrival or returning services, please contact our night phone on the number on your confirmation. The parking office will call you around half an hour before you are due to arrive, however if you expect to arrive earlier or later than planned, please call the office on the number on your confirmation and let them know in advance. On arrival, park up and report to reception. You will be required to leave your keys. We will then transfer you to the Minibus and Over-height car park, located just past the departure terminal within Bristol Airport. The barrier toll fees for this car park are included.What is the pick-up procedure?

You may receive a call from our driver's mobile number, this is so they can liaise and inform you that they are within the Minibus and Over-height car park ready to collect you. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DROP OFF AND PICK UP POINT ONLY ALLOWS 5 MINUTES FOR YOUR INCLUDED BARRIER EXIT FEES. I was late arriving, but they were in contact to ensure I was coming and asked for ETA. As soon as I arrived, we left straight away and was in good time for flight. Return was just as good - quick phone call and they were on their way. The only downside (hence 4*) was that the car drop off point was not easy to find, but allowed extra time for this as we had not used before.

My driver carpet was very dirty, and so were my tyres. They were full of mud. After coming back and looking at the transport tyres I was shocked. Only one headlight working and a wing mirror completely taped up. This is a safety issue

We had10 people in our double booking. The park was 1a minutes away which was ok but the transport to the airport were a couple of old suvs. On the return when I phoned after passport control we were told to phone after we collected our luggage. I told them there should be two vehicles on several occasions. Only one arrived and when I complained the drivers aide were not due for another couple of hours. We kept being told the vehicle was only 8 mins away but we had to keep chasing while the other half of our party had to stand waiting for us. The whole experience was a bit amateurish but was quite cheap.

PLEASE NOTE:
If there are any changes or cancellations made to your outbound or inbound flights, it is incredibly vital that you contact the car park to let them know of these changes. Whilst they monitor flights, this is only within a 2-hour prior period of the time in which you have told them your flight is scheduled to land at Bristol Airport.
Whilst we will try to contact you about any details we notice have changed to the original booking, we rely on you to inform us directly of any changes.
If you wish to raise a complaint or concern regarding the vehicle or service that you have received, that there is a 24 hour time period to do so from the date of your inbound journey in order to be considered for refunds and/or excess pay. Please see the car parks website T&Cs for further information.
Claims outside of this time frame will be discarded unless for extreme circumstance, and considered at the discretion of Bristol Sky Park.
In the unlikely event that any damage were to occur to your vehicle, you will need to forward to the car park a picture of the claimed damage whilst you remain in the car park. You will also need to provide the pictures you took of the vehicle prior to your vehicle drop off. At least one of which must include a member of the car park staff either within or next to your vehicle.
The vehicle is of a roadworthy standard suitable for our drivers to transport it safely.
There could be up to 20 miles added to your mileage clock due to transportation.
Any complaints regarding a delayed return service will only be considered if they exceed a 1-hour delay period.
BOOKING EXTENSION/EARLY RETURN
If you return earlier, we require 24 hrs notice otherwise a £10 charge will be applied (subject to change).
Each extra day will be charged at £10 per day (subject to change).
