There's a Special Assistance Call Point which is linked to the terminalÂ’s service desk. Plus thereÂ’s a sheltered area where you can wait for Special Assistance operatives to meet you.

Everything fine on arrival plane delayed coming back gave us a card to use at the barrier wouldn’t work went back twice still wouldn’t work then was told to press for assistance eventually we were let out, would I book again if it was the cheapest yes

Directions for Meet and Greet

Leave the M4 at Junction 33 onto the A4232

- Continue along the A4232, following signs to Cardiff Airport

- Take the third exit on the large roundabout onto the A4050

- Continue along the A4050 and take the second exit at the roundabout

- Proceed along the A4050 until you see another roundabout, take the second exit onto the A4226

- Take the second exit at the next roundabout and continue along the A4226

- You'll come across another roundabout on this road, take the first exit onto Port Road

- Shortly after, take the third exit at the next roundabout and on that road you'll see your last roundabout, take the first exit

- Continue along this road. The car park is on the right


On arrival

When you reach the car park the cameras will recognise your number plate and the barrier will rise.

Drive to the Meet & Greet shelter which will take digital images of your car, then pass through the final barrier. YouÂ’ll be met here and directed to the Priority Reception, where you check in your car and hand over your keys.

You can walk to the terminal from here in a matter of minutes.

On return
After you land head back to the Priority Reception, where your keys and car will be waiting.

Your car will be moved to a secured car park on airport ground, where it will stay while youÂ’re away.

There's a Special Assistance Call Point which is linked to the terminalÂ’s service desk. Plus thereÂ’s a sheltered area where you can wait for Special Assistance operatives to meet you.

Please ensure you take all personal belongings with you before leaving your car. Make sure you park in the correct car park or you may face a fine.
