What is the drop-off procedure?

Upon arrival, drive to the hotel car park, where you can take a ticket at the barrier and park your vehicle. You can retain your keys for the duration of your stay. After parking, simply board the complimentary shuttle bus to the terminal. The shuttle operates every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, and completes the journey to the airport in just 7 minutes.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Upon your return, make your way to the short-term car park and walk through it. You'll find the hotel transfer pick-up point just 50 meters ahead. Wait here for the transfer bus to take you back to the Clayton Hotel. Once you're back at the hotel, go to reception with the ticket you collected when you entered the car park. Don't forget to bring your booking confirmation as proof of advance payment. A member of the reception staff will validate your ticket, allowing you to exit the hotel car park and head home.

What security measures does the car park have?

Our parking facility is secured with CCTV surveillance, Perimeter fencing with Entry and Exit barriers. Park Mark award

What else do I need to know?

We offer Blue Badge parking bays on a first-come, first-served basis. Don't forget to display your Blue Badge while you're away. Our shuttle bus is wheelchair-friendly, and we have a lift from the reception to the car park for your convenience. Accessible toilets are also available in the hotel.
