Great service. We're there to meet us as agreed. In fact we were a little late a received a phone call to say they were there and had we any issues. Came with me and advised how to use the car park machine. On arrive late at night we were advised to stay in the terminal for 15 mins or so as it was very cold outside and they didn't want us stood around outside whilst our car arrived. Again took to the pay station and talked through what we needed to do. All the guys were very polite (on the phone and face to face) and nothing seemed too much trouble. Highly recommended.

After arriving 20 minutes early tried for over 1 hour to get in contact with with someone to return my car End up calling the police. Then after about an other 20 minutes of calling eventually got a response and got my car back! After calling head office next day ended up emailing them. Received an email back saying that the phone network was down,and has a gesture of good faith they paid me back £15 I was happy with the amount just disappointing that they didn’t put someone on site with a walkie-talkie to cover the returning flights until the noble networks were back up again.

My major problem was that on return at the end of our holiday your attendant was nowhere to be seen and had left my car unlocked in the carpark. It took 10 minutes for him to return and that only after I had rang him again. My car could have been ransacked. I expressed my concern at the time but he did not accept the seriousness of the situation.

Not really meet and greet . The drop off and pick up are a good distance from the actual terminal. Every other meet and greet I have used is at the passenger drop off in front of the terminal. Plus be aware to add £12 to price to get in and out of the short stay car park where you actually meet. The staff were nice enough but the set up is really not up to par.

On the way to the airport our drivers window was shattered. The meet and greet people put the car in a hanger so it didn't get any rain in it. Altogether it was easy to book and after letting them know we were 30 minutes away they were waiting for us. At baggage claim I rang them and again they were waiting. They were also friendly.

When I booked this , it didn’t say about the 12 pound car Park extra charge Which made it £81.42 Which was more expensive than other companies And I booked in 2 cars I just booked with you from Gatwick and it was all in Do I wasn’t happy about this

Car wasn't there on time coming back and I had 4 tyres that were all very low deflated and only done them before I went was worried about driving home long distance spoken to the company this morning and they said it was no problem with tyres and put the phone down avoid using this company

Unfortunately on our return to East Midlands airport it coincided with the download festival which meant that due to traffic it took over 2 hours for our car to arrive. I understand that the traffic chaos was completely out your control and as we experienced the traffic ourselves it was understandable why it took so long to get the car to us. The service was actually very good and the drivers very professional. The only thing I would say is maybe we could have been pre warned a few hours beforehand as we could have expected the delay in advance of us landing and more frequent updates from the driver on an ETA as we had no idea if it would be 1 hour or 6/7. Overall though I would use them again

Everything great drop off pick up couldn’t fault Our flight had altered by 1 hour emailed office they was no help whatsoever told me couldn’t be altered within 48 hrs this was 5 days before we flew!! told me I should have told the person who picked car up so called the number who pick up drop off they was fantastic not a problem must be too much trouble for office staff

Really poor start to the holiday. Booked the special meet & greet for no hassle travelling. Paperwork said to proceed to rapid drop off. Called mobile no 30 mins before arrival as instructed and was told to go through left hand lane (takes you much further away from official meet & greet area - man on tannoy said we were in wrong lane!!). Took an additional 12 minutes for a very rude man to appear and then we were charged £6, not £5 as stated in our contract, apparently the terms changed 15 days prior but no one informed us. A better experience on return, a lovely man greeted us. We usually park in the mid stay car parks and found them much quicker and less stressful experience to park in.
