What is the drop-off procedure?

On entry to the carpark please take a ticket at the barrier and keep it safe as you will need this to exit the car park. Please remember which colour and zone you have parked in.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return make your way to the exit barrier, insert entry ticket and barrier will lift. If barrier does not rise press for assistance and quote booking details, which will be the 5 digit letter ref.

What security measures does the car park have?

Directions for Jet Parks Plus

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

During hot weather we recommend that removing all alcohol-based hand sanitiser products from vehicles when they are not occupied as they pose a risk of igniting and causing a fire.

From the North leave the M1 at Junction 24 and, following the signs to the airport, take the A453 for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right into the airport.
From the South leave the M1 at Junction 23a and follow the signs to the airport. Turn right into the airport.
From the West follow A50 to J24 then follow the signs to East Midlands Airport, turn right into the airport.

Before your arrival at the Airport please ensure you have your booking reference details with you.
Upon arrival at the airport, Long Stay Car Parks are clearly signposted but entering the site at the main entrance, turn left at the first roundabout following the road until the next roundabout. Proceed straight on, reaching a third roundabout. Turn left and at the next roundabout turn left again. At the fifth roundabout, turn right into Shuttle Plus.

On Departure
Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop.
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen.
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit.
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken.

Transfers
Transfer buses leave every 15 minutes covered bus shelters. Buses are DDA compliant for disabled customers.
There are a number of blue badge spaces but these cannot be reserved.
Security

Important info - This is a self park product so you can take your keys with you.
Please allow 30 minutes from arrival at the car park to your check-in time.
This voucher is only valid for the car park booked and is non refundable within 24 hours prior to the use date.
