Midlands Meet & Greet - ALL INCLUSIVE

Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

30 minutes before arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur on the number on your confirmationand they will arrange to meet you at the Short Stay1 at the airport. When you approach the terminal, stay in the extreme left-hand lane (Marked Short Stay 1-- Ignore the signs of meet & greet) follow the lane take the token at the barrier, and park in row C next to the pay station where our staff will meet you. Once there, they will check the details of your return. Our representative will make a brief video of your vehicle upon collection and take your car to be stored in our car park for the duration of your trip. From there it's 2-3 minutes' walk to the departures. Airport charges are included in the price for all inclusive product. The car park accepts larger vehicles that fit within a standard parking space, including long-wheelbase vehicles and campervans ( VW Transporters or Transit Vans) Oversized vehicles not accepted

What is the pick-up procedure?

Simply call the chauffeur on your return on the number on your confirmation. Let them know you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting at Short Stay 1-row C next to the pay station area with your vehicle within 15-20 minutes.

What security measures does the car park have?

WeÂ’re proud to be part of the IAPA (Independent Airport Parking Association). Your vehicle is kept safe with 24/7 CCTV, secure fencing, gated entry, and barrier protection

What else do I need to know?

Your vehicle will be stored in our secure compound 3.8 miles from the drop-off location. Your vehicle may be driven up to 20 miles round trip. Extra days are charged 10 pounds/day. Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, just show it on your mobile device. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time. Airport charges included in the price for upto 30minutes.
