Having used flying Scot on numerous times I must say how disappointed I was this time , having arrived from Belfast a flight that took 30 minutes we had to wait for 40 minutes while the mini bus was running to another car park taking people not going to the flying Scot had I known you were now operating two car parks I would not have booked as a result of this I won't be using you again

I've used Flying Scot on many occasions without any problems. However, this time we had a couple of issues. We missed a shuttle bus as it was full and were waiting on the next one. A few other parties were disappearing with their suitcases on foot so I asked at reception what was happening. I was told a shuttle wouldn't be available for approx. 20 mins so we could walk to the terminal instead. We decided to do this as weren't too confident that a shuttle would arrive. On our return to the airport we returned to the car park to find out car blocked in between two other cars. I therefore had to ask for one of the cars to be moved to allow my car out. This was rectified quickly but normally they have your car sitting ready to drive off. Not sure if they are short of drivers/attendants which caused the problems?!

Waiting for the minibus could have been quicker considering how close they are to the airport! Also the other huts at the airport have a roof but No7 does not, so we were waiting out In the rain and wind as other canopy’s were full! Other than that the driver was courteous and the car was easily accessible and ease of leaving the car park could not have been easier. Thanks for looking after my car, a bit more attention to people could be better!

very close to airport but only use mini buses so if its busy as it was you could be waiting a while for your pick up think they should use bigger vehicles also the area where the cars are parked is all just loose chips so its a bit awkward getting to your car through all the puddles but all in all it was ok

Would say the service was efficient, both going out and pick up on return for the small coach journey to the car compound of a couple of minutes. Have noticed with other car parks that the car is ready with doors open and boot with engine running ( Weather permitting ) which is a nice touch and would have been handy this time as the car was covered in ice and snow to start warming the engine up..Just a thought. Thanks for your service

Arrival was good and then we were taken to airport timeously. However, a longer wait than anticipated when we returned due in part to an influx of planes at the same time. This is understandable but should be catered for in advance.

Overall I was pleased with flying Scott airparks, however i was not at all pleased when I returned to find that the windows of my car were all partially left down and the interior of the car was damp. This i realise was probably over a fairly short period of time before my return. Apologies were given and accepted before leaving however this should not have happened from a security point of view.

Directions for Flying Scot Edinburgh

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

Full on-site valet services available. Flying Scot are 'Carbon me org' and 'Proud to be Green '

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
