Hi we have used the company before last month.Everything ok outgoing on return phoned number & made our way over to get picked up only to see it drive away.after 20 minutes it returned after a phone call.This time called them after flight again phoned and hurried over Incase we missed the lift.Only to be left standing in the cold again for about 25 minutes after a call I was told only one driver on.So I was expecting him to turn up with a bus full of people as I thought he was filling the bus that's why we where waiting only to see a empty bus turn up.As we where waiting other company's buses had been and gone a few times.So I don't think I will be in a hurry to use the company again.

The car park clearly did not have enough staff on over the new year period. There was a significant delay in being taken from the car park to the airport on departure and on the way back we had to wait twenty minutes. There appeared to be only one vehicle for both low cost and flying scot car parks and there were more people waiting on the bus than would fit in. Not great to have to wait for a significant period in the cold having just st come back from med

Drivers were lovely reception staff not so much, not happy clearly not loving their jobs! Wasn't told to keep my ticket to redeem car keys what if I'd lost it? Location really good though so quick! Overall good but definitely a lack of good customer service!

Great service and quick shuttle bus, very quick service and all was good with the car, staff where very polite and helpful. Was very sceptical of using flying scot from reading some bad reviews but my experience was great. Great price and would most definitely use again.

Directions for Flying Scot Edinburgh

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

Full on-site valet services available. Flying Scot are 'Carbon me org' and 'Proud to be Green '

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
