when we arrived booking could not be found on computer although we had printed off reciept . Staff were helpful and courtious and we experienced no delay

No problems encountered. Always use this car park although there now seems to be fewer airport transfer vehicles available since there were before. Waiting time at the airport for a bus takes longer

They may look to spend money on parking faclities at present most car are parked on grassland and with the current weather we have endured car are ruterned in a muddy condition both inside ans outside.

Staff friendly enough but did seem a bit unorganised especially on arrival on where to park our car not just ours but customers before us and after us Also car was filthy it was obviously parked near a puddle and splash marks covered the front of our car

Really disappointed that it took 25 minutes to get picked up after calling from courtesy phone. female staff member said that van would be there in a couple of minutes. Rival firms had 4/5 pick ups in the time I waited. I had to phone again went to voicemail leave message. Vehicle eventually arrived. Driver was very apologetic however on arriving back at Reception staff member just said I've only got 1 member of staff on and 1 van. Not Good and isn't my fault. I will use another operator when travelling abroad in the future.

Prompt enough transfers despite there being a lot of people waiting...however staff behind the counter in the office were impolite with no please of thank you which I found a bit rude particularly when paying them for a service. Manners cost nothing !!

small heavy man was our driver on 14th july at 12noon,he was brilliant helped with luggage,kids and although he was run of his feet he was extremely pleasant friendly and chatty,def a credit to you.car valet really well done looked and smelt great big thanx to all

Directions for Flying Scot Edinburgh

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

Full on-site valet services available. Flying Scot are 'Carbon me org' and 'Proud to be Green '

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
