A very easy and straightforward experience. Quick and easy transfer to and from the airport which made the trip more enjoyable. The carpark was fairly full and finding a parking space took a while. The buses used were clean and new looking and the drivers very helpful. Thanks, will be using again.

Very difficult to find car parking space. There were signs indicating where spaces were meant to be but couldn't find any. There has to be a better way of directing customers to vacant spots. There were two occasions where I thought I could park but because of inconsiderate and bad parking by other users could not get car in. Have used other car parks where your own car was parked by them - no problem!! Price very similar to that of Secure Parks Bus pick up and drop off was great - no probs

I have booked with Secure Airparks several times because It is secure, I take my car keys with me, It's close to the airport and the pick up and drop off is easy and at a reasonable price . When using Edinburgh i will always look to use Secure Airparks first. good value for money

Excellent service,easy to find with plenty spaces.Coach sevice from the carpark to the airport was quick and efficient.Driver very friendly and informed me of the relevant information necessary for my return.Coach was at the airport on my arrival and subsequently dropped me off at my appropriate stop in the carpark.The computerised system worked very well on entering and exiting the carpark.The only point I would like to state is I felt the parking spaces were quite narrow as I drive a 4x4.Maybe have a section for larger vehicles!! Otherwise,excellent.

On arriving at the car park at five in the morning we parked the car then got our cases out and waited a few minutes at the nearest stop as a bus approached we waved but the driver just drove past with the bus half empty we noticed it was a female driver. On our return we waited at the bus stop for the bus to collect our car this time the driver did not speak to anybody or offer any assistance with the luggage of those that we're not very active ,not a good experiance for some one visiting for the first time

Excellent. Booked online - very easy. Arrived at gate and car was recognised and we took our ticket and found a space. Transfer bus arrived about 20 seconds later and got to airport about three minutes later. Brilliant! Arrived home and transfer bus picked us up about two minutes after getting to bus stop beside terminal. Back to car in about 5 minutes after dropping a few at the Holiday inn express. Brilliant service again, thank you.

Only just got a seat as the bus goes to a hotel prior to picking up at the Airpark. Coming back it was noticed that there are no longer shelters at any of the bus pick up points, Trams are now being given priority. Rain came down and it's not very nice after travelling a distance. Typical of the Edinburgh council I would say!!!!

Service was great and car was secure. My only issue was the distance from where the bus dropped off/picked up to the terminal building. It was far for my mum and dad to walk and with suitcases it was hard. I am not sure whether this is a temporary issue as i have been dropped off closer to the terminal building before.

Important - Camera Recognition System in Operation. Please ensure we have correct car registration.

Directions:
From Forth Road Bridge - Follow the signs for the Airport.

From M8 - head for the Newbridge Roundabout (Junction 2). At Newbridge Roundabout continue on A8 (Edinburgh Road) following signs for the Airport.
Continue along A8 and only 1 and 1/4 Miles from Newbridge Roundabout, turn left down Ingliston Road leading you directly into the Car Park. (Please note this road may be closed if an event is on at the Highland Centre)
The final option is to follow the signs down Airport Road and take the first left at the Hilton Hotel roundabout, proceed to the end and turn right at the T-junction, 100 yards into the Car Park. (This route is always available during events)

From Edinburgh and the East - travel down Airport Road (Eastfield Road) and take the first left at the Hilton Hotel roundabout, proceed to the end and turn right at the T-junction, 100 yards into the Car Park. (This route is always available during events)

Please note that during the Royal Highland Show (June) and other major events at the Royal Highland Showground you should allow an extra 30 minutes on your journey time.
If an event is on please follow the signs to the airport and turn left at the Hilton Hotel..

Customers keep their car keys and park their own car - Camera Recognition System in Operation. Please ensure we have correct car registration.

Arrival Procedure: ticketless Parking
1. On arrival please drive up to intercom and follow on screen instructions directly in front of you (You will automatically be checked in and the barrier will raise)
2. If your details are not on screen or the barrier does not open use the intercom for assistance
3. On barrier opening please go to nearest space and bus stop, where you will be picked up and taken to Airport. Take your keys with you.
4. The bus driver will offer you an optional ticket for information on what to do on your return
5. IMPORTANT: FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2024 YOU WILL BE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP AT EDINBURGH AIRPORTS COACH PARK AT STANCE 10.
6. Buses run regularly every 5-10 minutes; next bus time is shown on the entry kiosk.

On return
Board courtesy bus and return to car park. Further details of the return procedure will be given upon arrival at the car park.

Delayed Flight - Extras day charges for late returns are £10 per day (subject to change) payable to the car park

My flight leaves at 6am. How often do you have transfes between 4 and 5 amThe transfers do ot operate on a specific timetable. The transfers run on demand which means once you have checked your vehicle in there will be a transfer available to take you to the terminal.

I would like to use the car park between 21 Oct 12:00 (Mid day) and 28 Oct 21:00 but I cant find how to book or pay. I think I have missed something obvious. please supply instructions. Thanks Ron AndersonIt's too short notice to book the Advance Purchase I'm afraid. This one is only available approximately 2 weeks before you are due to park.
