Have used this site many times with the ultimate atisfaction. This time I had trouble exiting the park as neither the registraion or the barcode on my ticket were recognised for the barrier go up. I could not find anyone in the office either but she eventually appreared and I got moving after 4 - 6 mns

Second time I used it and again very happy with the service and price. Definitely worth finding the car in the same spot as we left it and ready to go home avoiding long bus journeys. Transfers to/from terminal are frequent and friendly drivers happy to help. Cannot fault it.

Everything went very smoothly.....the electronic checking in was so quick. Transfers were easily available, frequent and took no time at all. The drivers were really helpful and pleasant. Always use Airpark at Glasgow and will always use Edinburgh. We have no worries about our car whilst we are away.

Bus driver on return journey was misery it's self I did wonder if he was deaf as he had no reaction to our thanks on boarding and departing the bus . I'm sure you will be aware of him . It did not ruin the service but would have been a better welcome to travellers at the end of a journey .

Its the first time I have experienced the bus driver more than willing to assist myself and others with loading and unloading the cases.In the past it was terrible to see a large fit driver sitting watching old ladies struggling to lift their cases,as he would no dought say health and safety reasons. Employees can be trained on lifting and handling.However your drivers were first class

Excellent automated check-in with number plate recognition - ticket issued for use when your return from your travels to show driver and have it authenticated and processed on bus. Have to locate a parking bay which is not numbered so make a note of where it is in relation to the numbered bus stance that you get on at. Take your keys with you which is good. Car park exit is by number plate recognition matching with previous ticket authentication. Good system but finding a parking bay can take a while when busy - its a popular car park!

Staff I encountered when using the car park were extremely helpful. I was travelling with my three year old son and greatly appreciated my luggage being lifted on and off the bus for us. On our return, having been dropped off at the appropriate place for our car, I did struggle to get our luggage from the drop off point to our car. I could not see any trolleys or stations for trolleys and wondered if this would be a consideration for Secure Airparks, Edinburgh. However, a very small criticism of an excellent, friendly service. Many thanks.

Directions for Secure AirParks Green Parking

IMPORTANT - Camera Recognition System in Operation. Please ensure we have correct car registration.

Directions:
From Forth Road Bridge - Follow the signs for the Airport.

From M8 - head for the Newbridge Roundabout (Junction 2). At Newbridge Roundabout continue on A8 (Edinburgh Road) following signs for the Airport.
Continue along A8 and only 1 and 1/4 Miles from Newbridge Roundabout, turn left down Ingliston Road leading you directly into the Car Park. (Please note this road may be closed if an event is on at the Highland Centre)

The final option is to follow the signs down Airport Road and take the first left at the Hilton Hotel roundabout, proceed to the end and turn right at the T-junction, 100 yards into the Car Park. (This route is always available during events)

From Edinburgh and the East - travel down Airport Road (Eastfield Road) and take the first left at the Hilton Hotel roundabout, proceed to the end and turn right at the T-junction, 100 yards into the Car Park. (This route is always available during events)

for Sat Nav - Secure Air Parks 100 Ingliston Road Edinburgh EH28 8AU
Please note that during the Royal Highland Show and other major events at the Royal Highland Showground you should allow an extra 30 minutes on to your journey time especially in the afternoon/early evening as road closures are in place and our bus will take longer to reach the airport.
If an event is on please follow the signs to the airport and turn left at the Hilton Hotel..
To check events in advance please visit http://www.royalhighlandcentre.co.uk/ and check the view events option to see if any events are on when you are travelling.

Customers keep their car keys and park their own car - Camera Recognition System in Operation. Please ensure we have correct car registration.

Arrival Procedure: ticketless Parking
1. On arrival please drive up to intercom and follow on screen instructions directly in front of you (You will automatically be checked in and the barrier will raise)
2. If your details are not on screen or the barrier does not open use the intercom for assistance
3. On barrier opening please go to nearest space and bus stop, where you will be picked up and taken to Airport. Take your keys with you.
4. The bus driver will offer you an optional ticket for information on what to do on your return
5. IMPORTANT: FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2024 YOU WILL BE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP AT EDINBURGH AIRPORTS COACH PARK AT STANCE 10.
6. Buses run regularly every 5-10 minutes; next bus time is shown on the entry kiosk.

On return
Board courtesy bus and return to car park. Further details of the return procedure will be given upon arrival at the car park.

Delayed Flight - Extras day charges for late returns are £10 per day (subject to change) payable to the car park
