Easy experience buying parking online, and at the airport. Just get your ticket if the anpr don't work and use ticket at the exit. Nae bother at all.

As regular fhr clients we were extremely disappointed with the car park at Edinburgh Airport. Poor signage, both to enter and how to exit the car park. The puddles on the surface were extensive and practically impossible to navigate without feet being really uncomfortably soaked. We couldnÂ’t manage to keep to the walkways even after finding a quite unmanageable trolley. Overall it was a very disappointing start to our holiday .

Facility itself was great but in future I’ll book via Edinburgh airport directly. I had to use the intercom at exit barrier and give all my details to get out as the number plate recognition didn’t let me out as promised in the booking. The barrier attendant said that FHR are just a booking agent.

Pleasantly surprised that on exit, the barrier recognised my booking without the need to wait and speak to an operator via the intercom first. Seamless experience at a reasonable price.

All good until we left to come home. We out the ticket that had printed our registration, in the exit machine and it said we owed £220. We spoke to tgd operator and said we'd prepaid and after a minute or two, we were allowed to exit. Bit annoying but overall decent prices and generally hassle free

We were delighted with our parking at Edinburgh Airport. We had a very last minute change to our flight time on Good Friday. It meant we had to be at the Airport 5 hours earlier than planned. I tried to amend the booking online but the system wouldn’t let me so I emailed. A lovely lady called Kerry picked the message up on the Saturday and called me to help us. She sorted everything out in the phone, and went above and beyond to help and decrease my stress levels, I really can’t thank her enough.

Well, although FHR provided excellent instructions to get to the car park, I ended up in the wrong one. Once I had paid the bill, (after nearly having a heart attack!) it makes you realise just what good value FHR are. I have always used them, and normally no problem, but this error was down to me and not them.

Reasonable price but car park system tried to charge me £125 for 2 days on my return to exit even though I had prepaid. Not happy!

We use this car park alk the time when going on holiday but this time it did not register our number plate so asked us for £270 on return but was easily sorted out. Had a piece of paper under our windscreen wiper as another had bumped into ours. Only slight damage but like all car parks everywhere places are tight.

Really good that it is so close to the terminal. Signage is poor and it is a bit nerve racking that the ticket you are given says absolutely nothing about it being prebooked. There was a concern that it would ask me for several hundred pounds on exit because my prepayment had not registered. All in all it was ok but it would be good if the card said “prepaid to xxâ€Â

DirectionsComing from the A8 Glasgow Road, along Eastfield Road, follow the signs for Edinburgh Airport, at the roundabout at the Moxy / DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, continue straight ahead taking the second exit. At the next roundabout, take the second exit and enter via the barrier. Your reservation is valid for any of the outdoor parking.
At the entry barrier, your registration number will be recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking details. The barrier will open. If you have any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance. After parking make a note of the zone and floor you are parked on to help on your return.
On return
On your return, drive your car to the exit barrier. Enter your ticket that you received on the date you entered the car park. Wait for the barrier to lift and drive out
No Changes can be made within 24 hours of arrival.
You have a two hour grace period from your booked time.
Parking Bays for blue badge holders are available in front of the car park.
You keep your car keys

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 2 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 2 hour grace period on return. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Edinburgh Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £60 per day or part thereof (subject to change)

If you know in advance of your return that you do need to park for longer than your pre-booked period, you can also book the additional days and times on the web site. You must make sure you book for the same car park. On return press the buzzer and quote both booking reference numbers.
