What is the drop-off procedure?

At the entry barrier, your vehicle registration number will be recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference. The barrier will then open (if you experience any difficulties, please press the call button

On exit, insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically as long as you are still within your pre booked period.

What security measures does the car park have?

The car parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party.

What else do I need to know?

Park your own car and keep your keys. No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked. If you have a Blue Badge, you can book this package and park in Long Stay 2, opposite the terminal, at no extra cost.

Reasonably priced. Relatively easy to find a parking space near the entrance. Rather concerned when leaving the airport car park - when I inserted my ticket I was informed there was an outstanding balance of £81! When I cancelled my ticket, a voice came over the loudspeaker, asked for my surname and then let me through.

The concession for Blue Badge holders to be able to park in Car Park 1 is excellent, would prefer it if this was made more apparent rather than in the detail on the reservation form.

we came , we parked, we returned and and went home, no problem whatsoever. The shuttle bus was there to collect us and return us to our car and everthing worked perfect. We like Exeter airport too , it's small neat and clean and no fuss. We would use this place a lot more if we could get the flights. Thanks FHR we'll be back.

Everything very smooth until we tried to leave, it flashed up that we owed £81. At 11.50 pm at night it was rather alarming, we pressed the button to return ticket and then the barrier lifted, which was a great relief! This happened once before as well, so hence not giving 5 stars, otherwise I would have.

arrived at car park, ticket issued with registration number of car and my name. parked just past all the hire cars and short walk to terminal. On return left car park after inserting ticket as required. no problems will use again

Lots of work going on in car park 3 at the moment, we managed to get one of the last 2 spaces available when left for our holiday, markings for spaces not clear enough too many cars taking 1.5 spaces, car park needs updating. Bus drivers very helpful and pleasant.

Directions for Long Stay Car Park 3

Exeter Airport is off the A30 1 mile eastbound from M5 junction 29. Take the B3184 junction off the A30 (1st junction eastbound). On the roundabout follow signs for Exeter Airport and travel 1 mile on the B3184. At the junction for the airport turn right for P3 (Blue). The car park is well sign posted.

On Arrival
At the entry barrier, your vehicle registration number will be recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference. The barrier will then open (if you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance). Park your vehicle and make a note of the zone that you have parked in. Be careful not to park in any car rental bays, like those marked for Avis, Europcar or Hertz, as those companies may charge you to park there.

The terminal is a 10-15 minute walk from the car park.

On return
On exit, insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically as long as you are still within your pre booked period. (If you have overstayed this period you can pay the balance by credit or debit card at the exit. (If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance).
If for some reason your parking ticket does not have a booking reference printed on it. Please go to the customer services office located in car park 2 prior to returning to your vehicle.

If you have a Blue Badge, you can book this package and park in Long Stay 2, opposite the terminal, at no extra cost.
