Main Yard Meet & Greet Exeter

Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Upon arrival at the airport, please pull up in the Short Stay Car Park P1 which is opposite the main entrance. Our driver will then collect your vehicle.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Upon return to the airport please phone when you arrive in the baggage reclaim area, before you collect your baggage, and a driver will be sent with your car to meet you at the terminal. You will only get charged the extra day if your return goes into the next day, not if your return time is later than your drop off time.

What security measures does the car park have?

This car park is fully fenced and floodlit with security cameras and 24 hour security patrols.

What else do I need to know?

Vehicles larger than 4x4 can be parked but there will be a supplement of £50 payable to the car park on arrival. This includes; up to 8 seat minibuses, panel vans and/or camper vans. Failure to pay the additional payment will result in the cancellation of the booking and refusal of the the operator to take the vehicle. Motorhomes NOT accepted. No liability will be accepted for contents of vehicle or any non-standard items which have been added to a vehicle. All vehicles are parked at owners risk in the event of a loss or damage except by the negligence of the airport operator company. There are no exceptions to these terms.

From booking, to arriving at the airport and then the vehicle pick-up when returning I couldn't fault the service. I was arriving a little later than booked and received a courtesy call just to check i was still travelling. When I arrived i called the number and the member of staff arrived within a couple of minutes. On returning my car was already in the collection area. Friendly and prompt service.

So easy at Park and meet Exeter. Even though early we rang and they got someone over asap. Return no problem, but a bit of consternation as the car had been returned much earlier, and wasn’t informed of that, just a txt saying the car was in the returns park, when we found the car couldn’t understand why there was £15 in the front…..If had been on my own which I often am I wouldn’t have worked it out quickly and panicked, but between us we realised the car park ticket was showing earlier time.So maybe a little warning for other clients. Other than that very pleased with service.

Whilst things were changing constantly with corona virus out return was changed twice from original date. 1st to 21st March then following cancellation of that flight, we flew to Bournemouth got a lift from there kept Exeter informed & my car was waiting for me. Staff were great, would definitely use again

This car park operates between 07:00 and 22:00.

If you wish to arrive earlier the car park is happy for you to turn up, book in for your flight then meet them when they are open - as the booking desks are only 50m from the car park it is easily done.

Operates from Airport P1 Short Stay Car Park just 20 yards from terminal entrance

Please ring car park on 07837-921467 or 07710-623516 when approx. 20 minutes before arrival at the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, please pull up in the Short Stay Car Park P1 which is opposite the main entrance. Our driver will then collect your vehicle.
