Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Upon arrival at the airport, please pull up in the Short Stay Car Park P1 which is opposite the main entrance. Our driver will then collect your vehicle.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Upon return to the airport please phone when you arrive in the baggage reclaim area, before you collect your baggage, and a driver will be sent with your car to meet you at the terminal. You will only get charged the extra day if your return goes into the next day, not if your return time is later than your drop off time.

What security measures does the car park have?

This car park is fully fenced and floodlit with security cameras and 24 hour security patrols.

What else do I need to know?

Vehicles larger than 4x4 can be parked but there will be a supplement of £50 payable to the car park on arrival. This includes; up to 8 seat minibuses, panel vans and/or camper vans. Failure to pay the additional payment will result in the cancellation of the booking and refusal of the the operator to take the vehicle. Motorhomes NOT accepted. No liability will be accepted for contents of vehicle or any non-standard items which have been added to a vehicle. All vehicles are parked at owners risk in the event of a loss or damage except by the negligence of the airport operator company. There are no exceptions to these terms.

Amazingly quick and simple plus good value parking option. The only issue for me was phoning 20 minutes before arrival, as I was on my own and I had to pull over to do this. Returning, I was on the road 15 minutes after landing which is fantastic.

Excellent service for the second time. Waiting for us on arrival at Exeter. On return phoned from baggage area to be told the car was waiting for us just outside terminal. Will use this service when flying from Exeter. Also was cheaper than onsite long stay. Thank you.

We arrived at Exeter airport to be greeted by a representative from FHR, who was very polite and asked if we understood what to do when we arrived back in UK. As we have used FHR before many times, we said we were fine with the arrangements. After a lovely holiday, there was the car ready and waiting for us. A good service? We would call it an excellent service, long may they continue. .

Excellent service. So nice to just have a short walk to and from the Airport with heavy luggage in tow. Didn't have to wait on my return to have my car delivered. Very efficient! And friendly staff too!

This car park operates between 07:00 and 22:00.

If you wish to arrive earlier the car park is happy for you to turn up, book in for your flight then meet them when they are open - as the booking desks are only 50m from the car park it is easily done.

Operates from Airport P1 Short Stay Car Park just 20 yards from terminal entrance

Please ring car park on 07837-921467 or 07710-623516 when approx. 20 minutes before arrival at the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, please pull up in the Short Stay Car Park P1 which is opposite the main entrance. Our driver will then collect your vehicle.
