Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call ACE parking twenty minutes before arrival to your terminal on the number on your confirmation0 - A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call ACE on the number on your confirmation0 once you have **collected your luggage and cleared customs** to request your vehicle returned. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP.

What security measures does the car park have?

Uses modern security systems such as alarms and/or CCTV and is regularly visited by a specially trained Police Officer to maintain their Park Mark award.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. No-Wait Guarantee On arrival there will always someone at our meeting point - you will not have to wait for a driver to arrive On return the flight will be monitored and the car delivered to the terminal upon flight landing (see terms)

My car was not in the short term car park when I arrived back at Gatwick, which was disappointing. I know my flight was slightly delayed - but I wanted to get back to my family after arriving late in the evening on a rainy night. The delay wasn't long - but I paid to have the car waiting for me in the car park, and that's what I expected.

This is the first time that we have used Ace meet and greet and although the service is very much the same as the others we felt the friendliness compared to the others we have used was lacking. Also as I have mentioned on numerous occasions is that there is no facility on the website to say that you are stopping at a hotel overnight and that the inbound flight number is irrelevant. I believe that the operator was informed of this but they had no record of it and seemed a bit offhand when I told them. They also wanted five pounds to deliver the car to the premier inn when previously this was done FOC.

Although we struggled to find the drop off as it had moved from the location provided, the service was efficient within easy walking distance of the terminal. Upon return our car was delivered within ten minutes of calling the reception desk. All in all a reliable and friendly service.

We have used this service several times before and always received excellent service.as we did this time. Our only disappointment was finding we had rather a long walk through the hotel into the airport (I have difficulty walking ). However this is temporary and I was told it is whilst airport work is going on.

I have always used FHR for my parking for both business and pleasure, having always enjoyed excellent service. This was the first time I have used them for parking at Gatwick and was equally pleased with the service. The parking is very conveniently located adjacent to the Hilton Hampton entrance, providing direct access to the North Terminal building, which is especially useful if it is raining.

As usual, Faultless! Straight into the car park, handed the car over and was in the terminal within five minutes. On return had to wait no more than five minutes and we're on our way in Ten! Will undoubtedly use FHR for our next trip Thank a lot

I'm a Meet and Greet fan but this was the first time that I'd used Ace with their linkup with the Hilton Hotel. But, having got the learning curve out of the way I have to say that it worked really well. No messing about with the Short Term car park or waiting for drivers. If the prices remain so keen then I'll remain with them.

Drop off was fine. Pick up very slow. When we phoned after leaving baggage collection we were told the car was ready and waiting for us. It was not. We had to wait another 30-40 mins. We were not the only one's. Many other people were also waiting. Will not use this company again.

meet went quite alright, instructions are clear and there is only a short walk from orange car park to the terminal...Collection also went well, i called on my arrival and car was ready when i reached the car park. What i didn't like is that very clean car i left came back as very dirty, being parked probably under some tree as lots of tree debris and bird poo were on the car... Although i put 4 stars, real rating would be 3.5 if there was an option

Only thing that stopped 5 rating was the broken lift. Glad you had people to carry luggage but it spoiled very good operation.we will use it again. In fact we are using ACE on Thursday at LHR

You park in a small outside carpark attached to a hotel, with no cover for people to get in and out of their car.. also you then deal with a car park operator out of the back of a van! On collection and drop off.. your car will then be stored elsewhere around 13 mile round trip. The passenger seat had been sat in and moved into a reclined position! My car was returned in a good condition no dents or scratches which is exactly what you would expect. Also at the drop of and return the lift up to the terminal is not working and according to the car park operator has not worked for a month. This is not the operators fault as it is to do with the hotel that you have to pass through. There are helpers to walk up the three flights of stairs with your suitcases. On return you ask where your car is and the man will say somewhere in the car park while holding your key and trying to get the lights to flash to try and find it not the best customer service.

DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON RECEIPT AND ON THE DAY OF TRAVEL

You no need to call us on your way to Gatwick North or to Gatwick South terminals. Please just follow the directions below to the terminal you've booked to meet us at. On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you.

There is no longer any need to call us on your way to Gatwick North and South Terminal Meeting points. Please just head to the meeting points below. If you need help on the day, then please call us on the number on your confirmation 0 option 1.

North Terminal Meeting Point
Sat. Nav. Postcode: RH6 0PH (please follow directions below from the North Terminal roundabout)
As you enter the North Terminal from the main roundabout, stay in the right-hand lane for "Drop Off and Hotels". Keep in the right-hand lane following signs for "hotels" and "Sofitel Hotel". Keep driving towards the Pedestrian traffic lights between the two hotels. Turn right immediately after the traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Take a ticket from the barrier and keep it for our driver. Once in the car park follow signs for Meet & Greet Operators When you arrive in the dedicated Meet & Greet area, park in a Meet and Greet bay and look out for our uniformed staff.

On return - North Terminal
If you are returning ahead of schedule we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return.

If you gave us your flight number when you checked in then there your car will be returned automatically to the meeting point at the terminal your flight lands at. There is no longer any need to call us on your return.
If you did not give your flight number, have landed on a different flight or are just unsure whether you gave us details then please call us on the number on your confirmation 0 once you land and are ready for your car, so we can arrange the delivery of your car to the terminal.

Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.

As you exit North Terminal International Arrivals, turn right and exit the building. Once outside, cross both roads and keep heading straight ahead between the car parks, under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt. Once at the main terminal forecourt, you will see the Sofitel Hotel. Cross the road at the pedestrian lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park - following signs for Meet & Greet Operators located within the Hotel Car Park. Your car will be returned by our uniformed staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area.


South Terminal Meeting Point
Sat. Nav. Postcode RH6 0LL (Please follow directions below from the main roundabout)

As you drive into the South Terminal, please stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for SHORT STAY & PICK UP. At the SHORT STAY barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver. Drive into the ORANGE CAR PARK and go up to LEVEL 1. At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the ACE MEET AND GREET AREA. Please park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. Please make yourself known to the uniformed staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.

On return - South Terminal
Please call us the number on your confirmation 0 once you have your luggage

Directions: Please exit the terminal building and follow signs for the 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to;

Short Stay Orange Car Park – level 1- ready for you to drive home.

If you are returning early we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return. As soon as you have collected all your luggage and are ready to clear customs, call Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0.

Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.



Other Important Information
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick Airport Terminals, the meeting point might change whilst the works are being carried out and in such cases you will be advised when you call us prior to arrival or return.


Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles: It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0 ASAP. We must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return.

Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

Meeting point subject to change: Due to ongoing work at both terminals at Gatwick, the meeting points could change on the day. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you.

Vehicle Inspection: Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.

Hi, we are departing from south terminal but arriving back to north terminal. Will our car be greeted with us at north terminal on arrival or do we have to get to south terminal internally?Thank you for your question. You can be met at the South Terminal and have the car returned to the North.  You select your terminal details when making your reservation.

is there a possibility for the car being picked up from the Hilton if you call ACE 10 minutes before you arrive at the airport they will meet you at the Hilton
