Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Please call ACE parking twenty minutes before arrival to your terminal on the number on your confirmation0 - A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.What is the pick-up procedure?

We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. Car park in good position bit of a hike to check in up lift , through hotel up another lift , instructions could be better for first time users. Same on return, particularly as the card I was given had incorrect instructions. When I rang again the chap I spoke to was most helpful and apologised.about the card and set me right. Car was waiting, no hanging about. I would certainly consider using again. Would be 4 stars except for the long walk!

Location very convenient. I wasnt sure if I needed to take a ticket on entry as there is a pre pay lane. You do need to take a ticket BTW. Instructions couldve been clearer. Car had only travelled 10 miles whilst we were away. Efficient and quick handover on return. Would use them again

The meet was fine however, the greet was not so good. We were directed to a car park at the side of the Hilton and our car was pointed out a hundred yards away all frozen up. It was a cold morning but previously we have had a guy drive up in the airport nicely warmed and ready to drive away.

We were expecting an indoor car park not an external car park. It was raining on our return and we and our luggage got wet. It was a longer walk than we anticipated, and this was difficult for my elderly step father. The drop off and return was easy and the car was waiting for us on arrival - so that's why I have increased the rating I would otherwise have given.

Mostly fine as advertised, BUT if it is raining or snowing when collecting the vehicle there is NO shelter from the weather, OK if your car is waiting but not if you are waiting for the vehicle

Very good service and a great price. Instructions to get to the drop-off point were extremely clear and the phone operator was friendly and helpful. I opted for the valet service which was very competitively priced and the car was immaculate when I collected it. The only negative was that someone had left some opened mints in the car. Not a big issue but it's the kind of thing you notice and doesn't quite help towards the attention to detail. However, I would definitely recommend ACE Meet and Greet and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON RECEIPT AND ON THE DAY OF TRAVELYou no need to call us on your way to Gatwick North or to Gatwick South terminals. Please just follow the directions below to the terminal you've booked to meet us at. On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you.

There is no longer any need to call us on your way to Gatwick North and South Terminal Meeting points. Please just head to the meeting points below. If you need help on the day, then please call us on the number on your confirmation 0 option 1.
North Terminal Meeting Point
Sat. Nav. Postcode: RH6 0PH (please follow directions below from the North Terminal roundabout)
As you enter the North Terminal from the main roundabout, stay in the right-hand lane for "Drop Off and Hotels". Keep in the right-hand lane following signs for "hotels" and "Sofitel Hotel". Keep driving towards the Pedestrian traffic lights between the two hotels. Turn right immediately after the traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Take a ticket from the barrier and keep it for our driver. Once in the car park follow signs for Meet & Greet Operators When you arrive in the dedicated Meet & Greet area, park in a Meet and Greet bay and look out for our uniformed staff.
On return - North Terminal
If you are returning ahead of schedule we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return.
If you gave us your flight number when you checked in then there your car will be returned automatically to the meeting point at the terminal your flight lands at. There is no longer any need to call us on your return.
If you did not give your flight number, have landed on a different flight or are just unsure whether you gave us details then please call us on the number on your confirmation 0 once you land and are ready for your car, so we can arrange the delivery of your car to the terminal.
Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.
As you exit North Terminal International Arrivals, turn right and exit the building. Once outside, cross both roads and keep heading straight ahead between the car parks, under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt. Once at the main terminal forecourt, you will see the Sofitel Hotel. Cross the road at the pedestrian lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park - following signs for Meet & Greet Operators located within the Hotel Car Park. Your car will be returned by our uniformed staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area.
South Terminal Meeting Point
Sat. Nav. Postcode RH6 0LL (Please follow directions below from the main roundabout)
As you drive into the South Terminal, please stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for SHORT STAY & PICK UP. At the SHORT STAY barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver. Drive into the ORANGE CAR PARK and go up to LEVEL 1. At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the ACE MEET AND GREET AREA. Please park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. Please make yourself known to the uniformed staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.

On return - South Terminal
Please call us the number on your confirmation 0 once you have your luggage
Directions: Please exit the terminal building and follow signs for the 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to;
Short Stay Orange Car Park – level 1- ready for you to drive home.
If you are returning early we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return. As soon as you have collected all your luggage and are ready to clear customs, call Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0.
Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.
Other Important Information
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick Airport Terminals, the meeting point might change whilst the works are being carried out and in such cases you will be advised when you call us prior to arrival or return.
Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation 0 ASAP. We must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return.
Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
Meeting point subject to change: Due to ongoing work at both terminals at Gatwick, the meeting points could change on the day. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you.
Vehicle Inspection: Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.

Hi, we are departing from south terminal but arriving back to north terminal. Will our car be greeted with us at north terminal on arrival or do we have to get to south terminal internally?Thank you for your question.
