Having parked with APH many times I had no qualms with selecting them again. I have never had the slightest problem with the welcoming attitude shown by the desk staff or their drivers. Always a smile and very helpful. With the drivers loading and unloading our baggage no matter how busy they may be. The site location is easy to find owing to the very clear route instructions given including the warning that sat navs are not always reliable in the area. Checking in and out is rapid no matter how busy with customers. Excellent Company.

Everything was as advertised and all ran smoothly. Very cheery driver on the way home which was appreciated when you get back from a holiday. We usually do meet and greet and will do so in the future, only because we found handling our cases was too much for my bad back. Nothing wrong with FHR

We have used APH a few times. And as usual it was very easy to book, easy to find, run professionally and friendly. The only gripe was the return bus back to the site (when we were very tired after a long flight) we had to stand as bus was incredibly full. The driver was very apologetic and caring about the situation, just when you’ve paid nearly £80 I don’t want to stand when very tired.

Very good signage when leaving the motorway,easy and speedy check in. Very impress with the drivers. Over many years of using different parking companies this the first where I have been helped both off and on the bus with my suitcases by very friendly ,cheerful drivers. Excellent organisation and prompt service. APH site was about 2 miles from the airport (Gatwick). Coach transfer was efficient - both to and from the airport with the coach pick up point east to find. Drivers helpful with luggage. Upon return, car key and location was waiting for us promptly. Would definitely use again.

Efficient and very easy. From arrival at APH to entering Gatwick North Terminal was about half an hour. Coaches run every 10-15 minutes and the drivers are so helpful with your suitcases. Never had any problems in all the years we have been using APH, the car is always parked carefully for you and the prices are so reasonable, why would you leave your car anywhere else!!!!!!

Directions from the M23Leave at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).
If southbound, take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
OR the number on your confirmation
If northbound, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.
Continue on the A2220 following signs to Airport Parking Centre.
After 0.5 miles turn right into Wyevale Garden Centre. You'll see an APH entrance sign.

Please Note: Entering the postcode on sat-nav might not take you directly to the car park entrance. Once on the A2220 (Copthorne Road) please continue driving 0.5 miles until you see Wyevale Garden Centre and the APH entrance sign on your right.
Arrival procedure
Drive through the automated barrier and follow the road markings to the arrival bays.
Check in at Reception. Your car will be charged and then moved to a secure parking bay by a fully trained and insured valet driver.
Take the next transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to allow time for your vehicle to be charged; this will be done for you while you head to check in for your flight.
Return procedure
Once you have cleared Customs, follow the signs to the transfer bus stop and take the next transfer bus to the APH Car Park.
Collect your keys from Reception and pick up your car, which will have been charged for you.
There are staff on hand 24 hours a day, if you need any assistance
Transfer details
APH Gatwick Park and Ride customers benefit from regular transfers to both terminals. APH shuttles run every 10-15 minutes, average transfer time is 10-12 minutes to the airport.
Returns from both North and South Terminal to the APH car park run at similar intervals, also operate both dual terminal and dedicated terminal transfers.
Disabled facilities
Our buses have wheelchair facilities and staff are happy to help with any carrying of luggage.
If you require assistance, press the button at the barrier in the canopy and a member of the customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Futhermore, disabled customers can request at check in that their car be parked close to reception upon return to the car park.
Important information
APH will accept any vehicle that can fit into a standard parking bay and can be driven on a standard driving licence. APH will retain your car keys.
APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Maximum vehicle height: 2.4m. Trailers are not accepted.

What happens if my holiday is cancelled or moved due to Covid?Providing that we receive more than 24 hours notice prior to your date of travel we are able to amend and cancel flexible bookings.

Thomson have a habit of changing flight times and have even changed airports over the last 3/4 years.ThanksThank you for your question. I have a roof box fitted to my car and have measured it to stand at 2.15m. I know the height restriction is 2.4m but wanted to check that this should be ok!?Thank you for your question, I have double checked with the car park and this will be fine.
What do you mean by "drop off time"?Is that dropping the car off at your premises, or passenger drop off at the airport?The drop off time is the time you will be dropping the car off at the car park and return time is approximately what time you will get back to the car park. Most people add on 2 hours after the flight landing time, to give them plenty of time to reach the car park
