Like clockwork. Found our new goto when parking at LGW. Easy to find. Warm welcome. Straight away driven back to the airport. No waiting or struggling with luggage. Just walk a few steps and driven by your personal friendly driver. The whole turn around I think was less than 15 minutes. On return, one simple phone call and car was with us in less than 10 minutes as promised. Would absolutely use them again. Plan to.

This was a 5 star service from bubble parking I would like to thank them all my mother is 80 years old and they was amazing the staff at the Carparking helped with luggage then getting her it to mini bus even waited for a space out side special assistance helping with all our luggage again on our return great service again phoned our car returned to us at special assistance first class service thank you all violet Janet and Ruth .

Such a smooth service - easy to find, polite, efficient and friendly staff on the way out and back. I saved over an hour of journey time over my usual offsite parking and it didn't cost a penny more (it was a bit cheaper in fact). Keep up the good work, this is a quality service.

This really couldn’t have been easier. The car park was easy to find, and we were transferred without delay to Gatwick South terminal. In our return we phoned once we were through customs, and waited outside less than 5 minutes before the car was delivered to us. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend.

Bubble worked very smoothly. Easy to find the drop off car park, which was only minutes from the airport. We phone for a pickup as soon as we cleared customs, and waited for about one minute before our car turned up. If only travel was always this easy.

I have used this company before and I think it is an excellent service. It is very near to the airport and they take you straight to the door and then meet you on return. Bit disappointed this time, as had a 20 minute wait unfortunately. However it beats hopping on a bus and trying to find your car, so would use again.

Easy booking process, lots of instructions and emails with information. Easy to find, we were later than anticipated, and arrived just as someone else was entering the parking lot which was handy, as i am unsure how i would've gotten into the parking area otherwise. I was followed by another car who hooted at me, followed by a rude man shouting that this was a private car park, not sure if he was part of bubble or some random person. Not what i needed after a 6 hr drive from North Wales. However the bubble parking attendants were friendly, and quick to assist us, very simple procedure, they dropped us off at the hotel we stayed at overnight. Bit confusing when picking up the car as instructions provided versu signage at airport didnt match, but the process was again quick and easy to pick up car. Fuss free, cheap and pleasent staff, would recommend and use again.

Directions for Bubble Park & Deliver - Return Meet
Parking provided by I Love Parkingdirections:
Drive to the car park and take the 2-3 minute transfer to the terminal.
On return your car will be bought to your return terminal multi-story car park so you can drive straight home.
On some occasions you may be asked to be met on the Forecourt on your return by the operator at no extra cost, this will be advised when you call if necessary. Please note: This would be at the car parks discretion ONLY for this product.
Driving directions to the car park:
Leave M23 Motorway at junction 9 signposted Gatwick Airport.
Go straight over first roundabout signposted Redhill A23.
At the next roundabout take 4th exit towards Redhill A23 and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit past the Esso Garage in Povey Cross Road.
The car park is in a secured area in the grounds of the Travelodge hotel which is the 3rd entrance on the left with green fencing.
Follow the fence until you locate the gated entrance on the left. Pull up to the gate and press the intercom giving your name and the staff will open the gate for you.
Drive through the gates, turning left and then pull straight ahead in to the customer parking area just outside the reception building. Unload and take your bags to the bus stop. Then check in at reception.
Contact number the number on your confirmation (option 1) to contact the reception should you need help with directions. The minibus, which runs on demand, will then transfer you to the terminal. Emergency contact number the number on your confirmation . I Love Park and Ride Ltd operates this service.
Licensed taxis, including private hire vehicles and hackney carriages, are not accepted.
Returns North Terminal
To provide a fast and efficient service for all of our clients so please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You need to return to the short stay car park just outside the terminal doors - car park 5 - ground floor. Your car will be delivered to you here and a driver will hand you a pre-paid exit ticket. You will also need to leave the car park promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once we have handed your vehicle back.

Returns South Terminal
We are able to provide a fast and efficient service for all of our clients so please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Your car will be delivered to you here and a driver will hand you a pre-paid exit ticket.
