You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

Great service, where there to greet when we called to say we were 10 minutes away and back again on arrival, only had to wait about 10 minutes for them to come along with the car. Very good service and this is our second time to use you, so will be using again. Thank you.

The meet and greet staff were courteous and efficient on both collection and return of our cars. We did have to wait an extra time for the second car return but overall were pleased with the service.

Very easy to book and competitive prices, however being 20 minutes late is not acceptable, you should not accept so many bookings if you don’t have enough drivers!

Called to collect car as requested once through customs, was told it would be a 20/25 minute wait. 25 minutes passed and no sign of my car, called again and was told the drivers were still waiting to be collected from the terminal to pick the car up from the park and return to the terminal. A 45 minute wait for meet and greet is not the service I expected and so would not recommend. Many others around us had the same wait times

We hadn't done 'meet and greet' we checked all the reviews, Bubble Valet parking seemed to offer exactly what we wanted, at an acceptable price. Any worries we may have had were soon quashed on the drop off day. Someone was there to meet us when we arrived at Gatwick...no waiting around. Hand over was swift and professionally done. On our return a quick phone call once we had retrieved our luggage, and 10 mins later our car have been returned to the same pick up/drop off point. Again another quick hand over. Very happy, the next time we fly, we'll call Bubble too. Thank you

Efficient and hassle free. Only minor complaint is that we are always having to wait when picking car up but understand why it is suggested to call after clearing customs incase you are stopped.

we rang 10 mins before approaching airport and our driver was waiting on our arrival. a quick inspection of our vehicle and we were inside the terminal. on our return I rang the number given once we had our luggage by the time we exited the terminal our car was arriving. Brilliant service will always use this company why pay more for less efficient service. ( tip plan it into your phone before you leave saves a panic in the terminal when you are tired from travelling)

Good start our two cars were collected quickly, but on our return I had to wait. 10 minutes for my car and my daughter waited 20 minutes for hers hardly meet and greet.

Tale of two halves. On the way out the operator was not at the airport to greet us even though we phoned 10min in advance. We had to wait 20minutes at the airport drop off, which defeats the object of meet and greet. Not very apologetic. However, service on the way back was exactly as should have been, car was in aame condition as we left it, there was even a gift of ‘long life straws’ on the passenger street.

Outbound North - North Terminal Address: RH6 0PJ
Follow signs to ‘Short Stay Parking’ at the North terminal, keeping in the left hand lane, head to barrier and take a ticket. Drive in to the first car park - Car Park 5 and follow the exit signs on the ground floor. As you near the exit of the car park there are bays marked off airport meet and greet on the right hand side. Please pull in to a marked meet & greet bay where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
IMPORTANT - For all customers using Bubble Valet Parking please ensure you take a ticket from the barrier and hand it to your driver. The costs of the ticket have been covered in your parking costs.
Returns North Terminal
To provide a fast and efficient service for all of our clients so please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You need to return to the short stay car park just outside the terminal doors - car park 5 - ground floor. Your car will be delivered to you here and a driver will hand you a pre-paid exit ticket. You will also need to leave the car park promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once we have handed your vehicle back.

Outbound South - South Terminal Address: RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.

Please park in one of the dedicated off airport meet & greet bays. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
IMPORTANT - For all customers using Bubble VP you must hand your car park ticket to the driver. The fee for the ticket is included in your parking price.
Inbound South
To provide a fast and efficient service for all of our clients so please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Hi I have a vw transporter vehicle short wheel base that fits in a single parking space and has discreet sign writing on sideI’ve always used meet and greet in Birmingham airport with no problems does your company accept this vehicle please That is absolutely fine, as long as it fits in a single space
Does it matter if you arrive a little earlier or later than the selected time?Thank you for your email. You would need to contact the car park directly on the day of arrival if you are going to be earlier/later than booked as they have pre-arranged slots for meeting people. The phone number will be on your confirmation voucher
Hi,we are a 4 person group and one person needs to be assisted with a wheelchair ,would that be a problem with your service for transport from car park to south terminal Gatwick ???? many thanks jjcBubble Valet Maat and Greet is where you drive to the passenger drop off airport at South terminal.
