Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
10 mins from the airport call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will collect your car at the terminal and park it for you. Your car will be collected from you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area.What is the pick-up procedure?

Every thing was good, till last night when I came to collect my car (admittedly 24 hours late, as Thomas cook put us on the standby and brought us back to the uk 24 hours later to Stansted at 10pm). After being in the taxi for over an hour we get to Gatwick just after 11pm and were so tired. I phoned and the driver arrives with my car, I offer him a £20 note(for a charge of £10) which he says he has no change and told him this is what the machine gave me, what am supposed to do. He said " that is your problem", then I offered him Euros, which he said he can not take it .Anyway he kept the keys to my car and waited for me to run nearly 1 km to ask the policeman there for change of 20. When I came back after getting the ten pounds he gave me the keys. My suggestion is, as you provided a good service in the beginning (your collecting driver was brilliant), can you please have your drivers in these situation to come with a machine which accepts cards or at least have some change with them.

Very easy to book online. Great competitive prices and the car was picked up and dropped off at meet and greet on time. The staff were very professional and courteous. I hope FHR is paying these staff well and looking after them as they are great. Will be booking shortly for my next trip in a couple of months.

Use these guys all the time. Prefer them to many others as you drop off and pick up outside the terminal and not at the top of the car park. They are always very quick and efficient. Got a couple of freebies this time. Metal travel straws and a key ring. Nice surprise

Fully recommend FHR, great value, last night our flight was delay by 2 hours no problem, I rang and the car was there by the I got to the pick up area. The guy was so fast, he did not give my wife time get her purse out to give him a tip.

I traveled to LGW two hours early because of the snow and advice about road conditions. I didn’t expect that FHR would be able to take my car so early but they did! I was so pleased to hand the car over as otherwise I’d have to have wait in the short stay car park until my arranged time slot.

Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

What if I depart from LGW N and return to LGW S?There is space on the booking form to enter the terminals so this will not be a problem.
where do you park our cars after it is given at to you at Gatwick airport?Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
I have Renault master van that is converted into a campervan, can you still provide a service? Unfortunately the car park will not accept this vehicle.
We have a very early arrival time and will probably be ready to pick up the car at about 4am will this make any difference to our car being delivered.If your flight lands at 4.00am the driver will deliver the car back to you once you have picked up your luggage and cleared customs, you will need to call them once you are ready and they will return the car back to you
how far away from the airport would my car be stored? Many thanks.We would advise that the cars are stored no further than 6 miles one way.
