Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
10 mins from the airport call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will collect your car at the terminal and park it for you. Your car will be collected from you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area.What is the pick-up procedure?

Excellent service. Despite delay (m25/m23) caused by accident, still met us on arrival. Speedy handover. On return plane went to south terminal and not North terminal as planned. Despite this we got car back at South on time with a cheerful greet and quick handover. Fastest Meet and Greet we have used yet at Gatwick. Thoroughly recommended.

Once again we had excellent service and value from your company. We were met very promptly and the hand over was quick and efficient. On return it was just the same we had had a problem with our baggage so had lost time, We called you from the arrivals hall , and the car drew up literally as we arrived at the meet and greet area. All staff were polite and professional. Well done! I would not do it any other way now and have started using it for short business trips too.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Good information and didn't have to wait too long for car to be collected or returned. Not sure what would happen if it was pouring with rain or freezing cold whilst waiting beside the Premier Inn though, don't think hotel would appreciate clients hovering in their entrances.

Probably the best meet and greet parking I have used at Gatwick and I've use a few. From booking to car return the process was stress free. The instructions given are clear and concise and the car return was within 5 minutes of making the phone call. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Overall a very good service. Had a 5/10 minute wait to drop off the car when leaving, but on return the car pulled up as we were crossing the road to the waiting area. Both drivers were friendly and professional, so all in all would use this service again and am happy to recommend.

All good at drop off. Man waiting to take the car. We arrived back at Gatwick after 45 min flight delay at 6pm. Followed instructions but no answer to my call. We walked to pick up point where we did finally get an answer, then had to wait 20 mins for the car. Not too long I know but this was the first time we had to wait for phone to be answered, which was a little disappointing.

Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

What if I depart from LGW N and return to LGW S?There is space on the booking form to enter the terminals so this will not be a problem.
where do you park our cars after it is given at to you at Gatwick airport?Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
I have Renault master van that is converted into a campervan, can you still provide a service? Unfortunately the car park will not accept this vehicle.
We have a very early arrival time and will probably be ready to pick up the car at about 4am will this make any difference to our car being delivered.If your flight lands at 4.00am the driver will deliver the car back to you once you have picked up your luggage and cleared customs, you will need to call them once you are ready and they will return the car back to you
how far away from the airport would my car be stored? Many thanks.We would advise that the cars are stored no further than 6 miles one way.
