Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
10 mins from the airport call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will collect your car at the terminal and park it for you. Your car will be collected from you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area.What is the pick-up procedure?

Pick up and drop off was very efficient with maximum wait of about 13 minutes when dropping off at 4.00 am at Gatwick North. English speaking driver very friendly. One small point - car was quite dirty when picked up 2 weeks later with some bird droppings on car and a twig on the floor which makes me wonder where car was parked (under a tree?). The web page should explain more fully where exactly the cars are parked. I will be interested to see if you use my review as all the others are so good ....(vetted!!)

The man met us within a couple of minutes of us pulling up at the Terminal and was smartly dressed, friendly and professional. the handover was extremely quick. On our return I was kept on hold with annoying elevator music telling me I liked Meet and Greet. It then took 23 minutes from the phone call to the car being delivered back to us which I consider to be almost 10 minutes too long. The man was again smart, friendly and professional and the handover was rapid. On balance the service was good value and beat having to go to an off-airport car park.

Excellent service, great instructions for dropping and collecting our cars and extremely quick. Very polite and friendly staff. Our inbound flight was delayed by 7 hrs and as fhr had our flight number they were aware of this, which ment we didn't have to contact them and pay a massive phone bill once we arrived home we also didn't get charged any extra by them for being delayed which was extremely good, would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The organisation was good and information on where to park at Gatwick North was sufficient. The problem at Gatwick North is that the road signs are not very clear. It is very easy to take a wrong turning travelling from the M23 direction into the roads linking to the car parking drop area. If that occurs it takes 5 plus minutes to circle around the one way roads and start again having unintentionally entered a hotel forecourt and a petrol station. Our only complaint is that when we tried to call your office on the way to the drop point there was no mobile phone signal. When we finally got through on our mobile we were virtually at the drop zone. Perhaps suggesting the phone call is made as we join the M23 at the M25 interchange would be safer.

Well organised and convenient. Car was ready by the time we walked out of the terminal. Staff helpful. Downside was the car was parked under conifer trees. It would be great to have a company flag or sign at the pick up/drop off point to give the reassurance you are in the right place.

Drop off was fantastic. Worked really smoothly and professionally. On arrival was told 15 minutes. In the end it was 50 minutes, standing outside with very cold and grumpy kids. Second call was told 4-5 minutes and the car turned up 30 minutes later. No apologies given. Pathetic. Will never use again.

Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

What if I depart from LGW N and return to LGW S?There is space on the booking form to enter the terminals so this will not be a problem.
where do you park our cars after it is given at to you at Gatwick airport?Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
I have Renault master van that is converted into a campervan, can you still provide a service? Unfortunately the car park will not accept this vehicle.
We have a very early arrival time and will probably be ready to pick up the car at about 4am will this make any difference to our car being delivered.If your flight lands at 4.00am the driver will deliver the car back to you once you have picked up your luggage and cleared customs, you will need to call them once you are ready and they will return the car back to you
how far away from the airport would my car be stored? Many thanks.We would advise that the cars are stored no further than 6 miles one way.
