Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
10 mins from the airport call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will collect your car at the terminal and park it for you. Your car will be collected from you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area.What is the pick-up procedure?

perfect from start to finish,straight forward phone call and and the men were waiting to pick up the cars on arrival at the airport.Ditto the return, collected our bags passed through customs, made phone call and the cars arrived for us a few minutes after getting to the collection point. Would definitely recommend this meet and greet service.

Arrived at the airport and the person was waiting to collect the car. They gave me a slip and off he went. Arrived back in the country and was delayed in the airport for 2 hours. Rang then and they said to just call once we had collect the baggage. Called them and we walked to our collection point and the driver arrived and off we went. Great service.

I was a bit apprehensive with a 4:00am drop off at Gatwick but I needn't have been, we arrived 10 mins early and the driver from I Love Meet and Greet was bright eyed and bushy tailed to meet us. On our return the service was equally as good, I rang as soon as I saw my last case enter the baggage carousel and by the time we had exited the terminal we only waited 2 mins outside for our car to be delivered.

Service was ok....good instructions for arrival and someone was waiting for me. However on the return leg it was 15 minutes before anyone returned my cat to me which meant i was waiting outside at 1am....the reason given was that they were extremely busy.... I'm sorry but that's simply not good enough. You have a list of people who are arriving so therefore you should make sure enough staff are available. I chose this service for its quickness but i would have doubts about using it again.

Fantastic service, drivers were waiting when we arrived at the airport (both times) so a very quick handover which was perfect, especially as we had very tired children on the way back! Both drivers were friendly and professional. We were also really thankful for the driver agreeing to meet us at the other terminal when our plane was diverted without notice after being delayed, not many meet and greets would agree to this!

Great service! Easy to get hold of on the phone every time. Friendly service, easy instructions and very flexible when our flight came in late to a different terminal. We still had our car back within 15 mins of getting through customs, can't fault the service and would definitely use them again.

Perfect except for the fact I was not looking for someone wearing 'I Love Meet and Greet'!! As a result we were stood next to the guy for ages and made several phonecalls. All paperwork we had said FHR. I think this should be made clearer

Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

What if I depart from LGW N and return to LGW S?There is space on the booking form to enter the terminals so this will not be a problem.
where do you park our cars after it is given at to you at Gatwick airport?Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
I have Renault master van that is converted into a campervan, can you still provide a service? Unfortunately the car park will not accept this vehicle.
We have a very early arrival time and will probably be ready to pick up the car at about 4am will this make any difference to our car being delivered.If your flight lands at 4.00am the driver will deliver the car back to you once you have picked up your luggage and cleared customs, you will need to call them once you are ready and they will return the car back to you
how far away from the airport would my car be stored? Many thanks.We would advise that the cars are stored no further than 6 miles one way.
