Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
10 mins from the airport call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will collect your car at the terminal and park it for you. Your car will be collected from you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area.What is the pick-up procedure?

Booking was easy; pick-up was on time; return worked fine - so why only three stars? 'Cos the car came back dirtier than when I dropped it off. It must have been parked under a tree 'cos it was covered is sticky goop. No apology. I was not best pleased. Oh, and if you're going to change the radio setting while driving it to and from the parking lot please return it to the original setting when handing the car back.

Excellent service, once I had made the phone calls (in and outbound) the drivers were waiting to collect and deliver the vehicle to the designated parking area, I even had the misfortune of leaving something in the car so I called the relevant number via payphone and they dropped off the item on their next pickup. Very grateful for the extra accommodating service, many thanks. Would recommend them with no hesitation, what with fair prices as well you can't go wrong.

Absolutely first class service. Seemless drop off and pick up of the car from Gatwick - right outside the terminal building. Totally hassle free and a great relaxing start to our holiday. Return was equally hassle free and we were on the road within 10 minutes of making the call once we had cleared arrivals.

This was my first experience of using FHR Meet and Greet. I was travelling on my own with my 4 year old and this service seemed ideal. They did not let me know. Super efficient service, very easy to use and the staff who met me on both journeys were very pleasant indeed. I will most certainly be using this for all my future flight / parking requests and would recommend this to everyone. Excellent value for money too.

I thought the service was excellent. We rang when on the M23 the instructions were very clear and when we arrived the driver turned up seconds later. On our return we rang when we collected our luggage and again the driver/car turned up seconds later. I will be using you again and recommending you.

Not used meet and greet parking before. Price was excellent, this made me a little wary initially. But driver was there for drop off and pick up was there within 10 mins. Would definitely use again. 1 issue, the car was clearly parked under a tree for 10 days and was covered in some form of tree sap, really dirty. Other than that very good.

Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

What if I depart from LGW N and return to LGW S?There is space on the booking form to enter the terminals so this will not be a problem.
where do you park our cars after it is given at to you at Gatwick airport?Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
I have Renault master van that is converted into a campervan, can you still provide a service? Unfortunately the car park will not accept this vehicle.
We have a very early arrival time and will probably be ready to pick up the car at about 4am will this make any difference to our car being delivered.If your flight lands at 4.00am the driver will deliver the car back to you once you have picked up your luggage and cleared customs, you will need to call them once you are ready and they will return the car back to you
how far away from the airport would my car be stored? Many thanks.We would advise that the cars are stored no further than 6 miles one way.
