Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
10 mins from the airport call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will collect your car at the terminal and park it for you. Your car will be collected from you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area.What is the pick-up procedure?
When you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your voucher. Your car will be delivered to you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators AreaWhat security measures does the car park have?

Had about 20 minute wait when dropping car off but once driver arrived very smooth transition. When picking car up that went very smoothly and didn't have to wait long at all. Price was very reasonable from using a link through money saving expert website. Would definitely recommend and use again!

My only concern was the telephone call I had to make to you from the Motorway. As you know it is not legal to use a Mobil phone whilst driving. Whilst I can use hands free, I was on my own I had no choice but to pick up my phone to select 'option 1'. How ever this will not stop me from using your service again.

Fabulous service and definitely made the departure and return so much easier than trekking over to the long term car park! Will definitely use the services when flying from Gatwick again and will be booking for my trip from Heathrow in September..... costs being affordable there. Please thank your very courteous staff for their assistance especially as we ended up returning one hour late and at South Terminal rather than North Terminal. All had been taken care off by very efficient staff.

Exactly what anybody needs. My car was picked up almost immediately and was there as I walked out on return. The drivers were courteous and friendly and I trusted them to look after our car. Flying is such a hassle these days so thank you for making it that bit less stressful

Had to wait for a short while for my car to be collected but that was just a small error. Car brought back to terminal in good time on my arrival home. Had to change my holiday plans and return home early. The staff were really helpful in sorting out the change for me. I will certainly use FHR again.

This was our first time using a meet and greet service and it will not be our last. FHR are brilliant. It's just so simple which is what made it sooo brilliant. Booked it online and all had to do was print 2 pages and make 2 phone calls from start to finish. Drivers was polite and seemed very professional. The only little snag I had was that where ever the car was parked must of been a little dusty or under a tree as the car was and I stress a little dirty, not massively but it was noticeable. But on the other had not a huge gripe as I can be on the drive cleaning it showing off the tan. FHR thanks again and I will 100% be using you for our next holiday and also referring friends and family your way.

Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

What if I depart from LGW N and return to LGW S?There is space on the booking form to enter the terminals so this will not be a problem.
where do you park our cars after it is given at to you at Gatwick airport?Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
I have Renault master van that is converted into a campervan, can you still provide a service? Unfortunately the car park will not accept this vehicle.
We have a very early arrival time and will probably be ready to pick up the car at about 4am will this make any difference to our car being delivered.If your flight lands at 4.00am the driver will deliver the car back to you once you have picked up your luggage and cleared customs, you will need to call them once you are ready and they will return the car back to you
how far away from the airport would my car be stored? Many thanks.We would advise that the cars are stored no further than 6 miles one way.
