Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
10 mins from the airport call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will collect your car at the terminal and park it for you. Your car will be collected from you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area.What is the pick-up procedure?

After calling the company when we were 10 minutes away we still had to wait 30 minutes on arrival for a representative to meet us, this reduces the benefit and efficiency of booking meet and greet. The return was fine and quick.

Great Service, collection went very smooth and car collected within a minute of arriving at airport. On return called the number after collecting luggage and car was ready and waiting as we approached drop off area. Perfect service and no issues with car. All perfect as it should be, when we gave our expensive Audi Q7.

We were met quickly but in the chaos i realised the mileage wasn't recorded or the car checked for any damage. When we arrived back to get the car it arrived into the meet area very fast and when i said to the driver 'you found the accelerator then' his reply was 'oh yes'. I gave him my slip of paper and away we went. Because of the lack of checks to do with the car compared to other companies I probably wont use this company again.

Very reliable, reasonably priced service. It's a great no hassle way to park at the airport particular when you have kids. Just drive to airport drop off point & meet & greet' driver is there (if not, don't have to wait long). Then you hand over your keys & you get a receipt in return, they you can walk straight into the airport. Perfect start to your holiday. Thank you

Your rep at the South terminal was waiting for us as we arrived at the meeting point which was good. On our return, the flight was changed to land at North Terminal instead of South, but when we phoned your rep, he had already spotted this fact and he arrived at the meeting point no more than five minutes after we got there from the terminal. Taken overall, we were very happy with the service provided.

We couldn't fault the drop off of our car and the very early morning arrival at Gatwick on our return. We were delighted to find that we did not have to wait at 2am Saturday morning for our car, as we walked across to the meeting point, our car arrived at the same time. The driver who met us was extremely curtious and before we knew it, we were on our way home. Thank you for being so efficient.

Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

What if I depart from LGW N and return to LGW S?There is space on the booking form to enter the terminals so this will not be a problem.
where do you park our cars after it is given at to you at Gatwick airport?Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
I have Renault master van that is converted into a campervan, can you still provide a service? Unfortunately the car park will not accept this vehicle.
We have a very early arrival time and will probably be ready to pick up the car at about 4am will this make any difference to our car being delivered.If your flight lands at 4.00am the driver will deliver the car back to you once you have picked up your luggage and cleared customs, you will need to call them once you are ready and they will return the car back to you
how far away from the airport would my car be stored? Many thanks.We would advise that the cars are stored no further than 6 miles one way.
