What is the drop-off procedure?

Please give us a call on car park mobile Number when you are about 30 minutes away from the airport. Customers will be required to pay £6 on drop off (subject to change). Please note that if you arrive at the airport without notice, you might have to wait 30 minutes and you will have to pay the car park charges.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return Procedure South Terminal Give us a call on car park mobile number once you have got your luggage and allow us 25-30* minutes for the delivery of your vehicle. Your vehicle will be delivered on 4th Floor or Level 4 of "Orange Car Park 3". North Terminal Give us a call on car park mobile number once you have got your luggage and allow us 25-30* minutes for the delivery of your vehicle. Your vehicle will be delivered on 5th Floor or Level 5 of "Car Park 6". Customers will be required to pay £6 on pick up (subject to change).

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park is fenced, has security lighting, and is manned 24/7 to keep your vehicle safe.

What else do I need to know?

Customers will be required to pay £6 on drop off and £6 on pick up (subject to change) Please ensure you have access to your email confirmation during your trip, either in print or on your mobile or tablet device. Overstays will incur a charge of £15.00 per day. The car park is accessible for disabled visitors. If you need any assistance, please inform the staff, and they will gladly help.

Once you enter South Terminal, please follow the signs for Short Stay & Pick Up. You will go through the barriers, take a ticket from the barriers and follow the signs for "Orange Car Park 3" and go to 4th Floor or Level 4 and park your vehicle in an empty space. You must hand over the validated parking ticket and car key(s) to our member of staff.
