Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmationwhen you are 10 minutes from the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect your luggage, clear customs and call our representative on the number on your confirmation to arrange delivery of your car.

What security measures does the car park have?

Lighting, CCTV, peripheral fencing, locked gates, manned 24 hours a day. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

With 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport. We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages

Really quick and easy making travelling less stressful! Plane landed in another terminal however the company are more than happy to oblige and meet met at that terminal. A totally satisfied customer who will use them again!

Great service. On our departure from Gatwick North Terminal our car was immediately collected and we set off for our trip overseas. On our arrival back to Gatwick North Terminal our vehicle was waiting for us at the drop off point in the ground floor as expected. One little niggle was that we handed our car over in a very clean state but on return the rear of our vehicle was covered in bird poo! And no attempt had been made to clean it off! We'd only been away for 3 days...

This service suited our needs perfectly and took the hassle out of waiting for a connecting bus etc, etc, la, la, la. Arrived at airport and left car with I Love Meet & Greet staff and went straight into airport - straight into holiday mode! Coming home - we came into arrival lounge - rang for car - and, by the time we had walked to the drop off layby our car was waitng for us. Brilliant service!

Excellent service, very punctual and polite. When we flew into at Gatwick South they had no problem in delivering the car to the changed terminal and when we walked out of the arrivals building our car was waiting.

This service is excellent. The instructions easy to follow, the parking area easy to find. The person collecting our vehicle was polite and efficient. Our return was excellent too. After clearing customs we rang and the operator informed us there has been an accident and a delay of about 15 minutes. As it was early morning and cold we just waited inside the terminal and then made our way to the collection point at the suggested time and just got there before the driver. Will definitely use again.

We regularly use FHR Meet & Greet and unless anything changes then we shall continue to do so - it beats leaving the terminal, getting a bus and then transferring baggage to the car before setting off home after a long flight. Yesterday we arrived at 0745 and were away before 0900 - excellent (as usual) thanks again

When we dropped off the car the guy took 25 mins to get to us not the 10 he stated, the guy was friendly and helpful. when we arrived back from hols, late I will admit but not our fault. We called to say we had cleared customs and were in arrivals, we stood for another half hour in the cold and when I called up to find out where the guy was it was revealed he was at the North terminal and we were at the South ..... After the confusion the guy was again friendly and apologetic... Just felt a little disappointed as when I have used your site in the past I have had no issues at all.

This is the first time that I was disappointed in the service and that was because I could not get through to the office when we were dropping off the car - on either the land line or the emergency number and in the end we waited in the terminal for 30 minutes. The pick-up on our return was excellent.

Excellent punctuality as per call instructions 10 mins beforehand. I would have given 5 stars but the only fault was a lack of information in your auto reply service. I cannot select number options on my current mobile and there was no message at the end of the selection process to say an operator would answer if you hold. As there was a long period of silence after the last spoken word, I momentarily thought that I would not be able to contact you and rang the alternative number and got the same message. After several redials, eventually someone answered but not before I had got that 'sinking feeling' It would be reassuring to finish off your auto message with my suggestion saying an operator would answer!

Excellent location for drop-off: just a few minutes walk from North Terminal. Very prompt (available to take car immediately even though we were 15 minutes too early). On return it took them just 10 minutes to bring the car back once we phoned so perfect amount of time to grab a coffee for the car and return to the lay-by to meet them. I would be very happy to use this service again.

Very Important***
Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

North terminal Arrival If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0PJ

Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

North terminal - inbound

Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .


South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

Licensed taxis, including private hire vehicles and hackney carriages, are not accepted.

What would be the situation if I needed to amend the details (eg different time/vehicle) or cancel, please?You can email or call us if you need to change the details. We do not charge for amendments, however if the dates changed the price may be higher/lower for the new dates.  If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival you will not get a refund, outside 24 hours you get charged a £10.00 cancellation fee unless you take out the cancellation waiver fee (£1.49) at the time of booking
Are there any further charges on top of the £45 for meet and greet?jbIf the price quoted includes the airport access fee then there is no additional fees to pay
Hi thereim flying out Thursday am with easyjet to palma Mallorca flight EZY8627...but I don't know which terminal im supposed to drive to...is this going to cause a problem if I book with yourselves for the meet and greet.Also im going away for a week on my return and will be leaving cold weather luggage in the boot of my car, will this be safe do you think.Thanks Suzie 07970 796187We have checked and that flight leaves from North terminal at Gatwick.
