Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmationwhen you are 10 minutes from the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect your luggage, clear customs and call our representative on the number on your confirmation to arrange delivery of your car.

What security measures does the car park have?

Lighting, CCTV, peripheral fencing, locked gates, manned 24 hours a day. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

With 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport. We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages

They were very helpful. All went well in arrangements before our departure. But coming back our flight was cancelled due to an Italian Strike. Phone calls let them know what had happened and when we finally got back, a day and a half later and after midnight, they were there with our car. We paid a minimal over time charge. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Very efficient quick service, polite & professional people who picked up and delivered my car back to me, also very helpful & cheerful staff on the other end of the phone. I was also very grateful to the driver who returned my car .... He put the heater on to warm the car up...I was freezing! thank you. I will defiantly be booking again with "I love meet and greet"

As expected the service was first class. A driver was there to meet us on departure and on arrival by the time we had reached the arranged meeting point we waited about 2 minutes and our car arrived. no hesitation in using them again.

Great Service. We were delayed by 45 minutes outbound and the driver was still waiting for us. On arrival back to LGW the car literally pulled up as we arrived outside the hotel.

Prompt on arrival, very prompt on our return. Easy access to car and near to terminal so not having to walk for ever as the new layout of Gatwick now dictates for car drops. Staff curteous, costs very reasonable.

Faultless service. OUTBOUND: car picked up within 3 minutes of arrival at Gatwick Departures lane. INBOUND: car delivered within 10 minutes of collecting our luggage and 2 minutes of arriving at meet point. Took all the hassle out of the start and end of our trip - superb. Thank you.

Very Important***
Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

North terminal Arrival If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0PJ

Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

North terminal - inbound

Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .


South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

Licensed taxis, including private hire vehicles and hackney carriages, are not accepted.

Questions

What would be the situation if I needed to amend the details (eg different time/vehicle) or cancel, please?You can email or call us if you need to change the details. We do not charge for amendments, however if the dates changed the price may be higher/lower for the new dates.  If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival you will not get a refund, outside 24 hours you get charged a £10.00 cancellation fee unless you take out the cancellation waiver fee (£1.49) at the time of booking
Are there any further charges on top of the £45 for meet and greet?jbIf the price quoted includes the airport access fee then there is no additional fees to pay
Hi thereim flying out Thursday am with easyjet to palma Mallorca flight EZY8627...but I don't know which terminal im supposed to drive to...is this going to cause a problem if I book with yourselves for the meet and greet.Also im going away for a week on my return and will be leaving cold weather luggage in the boot of my car, will this be safe do you think.Thanks Suzie 07970 796187We have checked and that flight leaves from North terminal at Gatwick.
