You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

With 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. We had to wait 20 minutes on return (rather than the 10 minutes quoted) - seems a long time when arriving back from warmer climes - especially with an 80year old passenger and raining ! We were slightly concerned the milage wasn't noted when collecting the car or if there were any existing bumps / damage to the car (which we have experienced with previous meet & greet firms) although all was fine.

I understand the need to call once in the arrivals hall however, my expectation is that my car arrives as I get to the agreed waiting spot, or a short while after, we waited 10 mins, in not great weather. So not sure if there is anything that can speed up that aspect? Other than that the chauffeur's were polite and courteous. Thank you Alec Fordham

Initial pick-up was confusing due arriving passenger calling from the aircraft and then being delayed in Baggage. The vehicle was returned to the car park. This delayed our own pick-up for which the driver apologised. On return at approx., 2300 on a very cold night we called from baggage -after clearance - and decided to pick up a coffee on route. The car and driver were waiting - we could only have been 7-8 min. Our fault for not understanding the nearness of car parks in Gatwick. We normally use HRW. WE WILL CERTAINLY USE - I LOVE MEET & GREET again

1. The company had no record of our booking. However they met us, albeit late and took the car. 2. On arrival back at Gatwick, I had to ring the office number twice. The office said on the first time that I was too early. Three minutes later I rang again. We then had to wait in the snow for the car to arrive. The company people were polite and friendly, but I am not sure that I would use them again.

Directions for I Love Meet & Greet
Very Important***Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already been added to the cost of your booking. As a licensed operator, ILMG pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Licensed taxis, including private hire vehicles and hackney carriages, are not accepted.

What would be the situation if I needed to amend the details (eg different time/vehicle) or cancel, please?You can email or call us if you need to change the details. We do not charge for amendments, however if the dates changed the price may be higher/lower for the new dates. If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival you will not get a refund, outside 24 hours you get charged a £10.00 cancellation fee unless you take out the cancellation waiver fee (£1.49) at the time of booking
Are there any further charges on top of the £45 for meet and greet?jbIf the price quoted includes the airport access fee then there is no additional fees to pay
Hi thereim flying out Thursday am with easyjet to palma Mallorca flight EZY8627...but I don't know which terminal im supposed to drive to...is this going to cause a problem if I book with yourselves for the meet and greet.Also im going away for a week on my return and will be leaving cold weather luggage in the boot of my car, will this be safe do you think.Thanks Suzie 07970 796187We have checked and that flight leaves from North terminal at Gatwick.
