Really good service, easy and so convenient to drop off and pick up with no issues whatsoever. Would really recommend and will be doing this again next time we fly, a bit pricey but I think it's worth it for the convenience - especially with a young family, thank you.

Excellent drop and collection - well done. No problems except Airport Car park navigation which is probably up to Gatwick. It should sign the sharp turn off to Car Park 5 more clearly

Everything worked as it should. It was not entirely clear where to leave the car, but we called the office and they told us where to go. After that the operatives were quick, efficient and helpful. It all went without a hitch and we were in and out of the airport in no time.

I found this to be a really good service, it was easy with full instructions and directions I couldn’t have asked for anything better really We departed from south and landed at north this was not a problem and our car was ready as promised Thankyou for a positive addition to my holiday

The representative was waiting to collect the car on arrival at the airport and on return, we were advised that the car would be returned much quicker if we were able to go to the North Terminal. We did this and, once again, the representative was waiting for us! When we saw the queue trying to get to the South Terminal, we were extremely grateful for the advice given as we would have been waiting an extremely long time if we'd have waited for the car at the South Terminal!

Very good service, rang them 20 mins before reaching the airport and when I reached the parking operator was there waiting and all the paperwork was done in 10 mins . On arrival same again rang them after picking the bags and by the time I reached the car park my car was ready for us . Very good service..

You wll have to leave your keys with the chauffeur.This is a non-flexible product - standard terms and conditions do not apply. Once made bookings cannot be cancelled or amended, (except vehicle change).
Directions to Airport Terminals - Service provided by Sure Parking
For SOUTH TERMINAL: When approaching the South Terminal stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK (Pick Up). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket you will proceed to the ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS). Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on your return.
For NORTH TERMINAL: When entering the North Terminal stay in the left lane, following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, you will proceed to the ground floor of CAR PARK 5 and follow the signs for "Approved Operators Area". Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.
Meet and Greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you on arrival.
The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
