FHR booking very efficient and easy. On the downside my British Airways flight was delayed over 3 hours and I ended up with an additional parking charge of £15. Some of these airport long stay car parks allow you a bit of flexibility or charge by the day to avoid this delayed charge. I'm sure it you book direct you get a bit more latitude...

Service from FHR very good as usual, competitively priced. Glasgow Long Stay car park needs some upgrading, mostly gravel, lots of holes, tarmac roads, and spaces could be wider. If cars not parked in the middle of spaces, can be difficult to get in and out of car or unloading luggage….best to unload on road and then park in space.

Great service as always. Literally no wait to get into airport. Just missed bus at 8.15pm leaving airport and only waited 15 mins to get next one.

Transfer from car park to airport was quick. Bus was waiting at airport for return back at end of holiday. When leaving the cat park I put my parking ticket into machine at exit barrier but it showed I had a £200 excess to pay. Fortunately there was no queue behind me and it wasn’t clear on the machine who to call as park is not staffed. I asked the driver if the bus that had dropped me off for assistance. He told me that’s not the first time that happened but I should reenter my ticket and press the assistance key which at night time isn’t clear to see. On doing so I spoke to an attendant via intercom and he confirmed that no payment was due as I had pre booked. The exit barrier then opened and I exited the car park.

The car park was overbooked with no marked spaces. Cars were parked in random places blocking through roads. On return the bus took around 20 minutes to arrive for pick up When I eventually got to my car I had great difficulty actually getting out of the space due to the close proximity of other cars

Mostly fine - bus transport took 30 mins to appear for flight out - 4am in dark with fox for company wondering if i should start walking? On return bus packed and not easy to collect case and get off .

My booking wasn't recognised by the automatic number plate camera when exiting the car park. I was asked to pay £230 by the ticket machine. Took me a further 10 minutes to exit the car park whilst waiting for an attendant to check my details...

The long stay airport at Glasgow was very good, plenty of good size spaces and good bus service to the terminal building with friendly helpful driver. My reservation wasn't recognised on exit from car park but the communication on pressing the help button at the exit machine was excellent. The operator on the call was very helpful and reassuring. Once my reservation details were thoroughly checked the problem was solved. I would use this car park again.

Arrived on time entered without a problem. On return 02.30 am 10 days later approached barrier inserted ticket and display showed £170.00 to get out. No attendant available had to talk to bus driver who told me what to do. Eventually departed the car park after 20 minutes. Have used the car park on several occasions in the past as it is very convenient but having doubt’s about using it in the future.

Booking,and arrival went OK.however when exiting the car park on 21st Sept I was to be charged £125.despitehaving prepaid. I had inserted the correct parking ticket. The man who answered the Intercom .couldn't find my booking and took several minutes to find it.Luckily I had a copy of my booking reservation number. So it was resolved in the end
