All went smoothly until trying to exit car park. The car park attempted to charge full parking fees for my stay. On trying to resolve the matter attendant who was following procedures claimed that the booking was under the name of Nicola Davidson and had not been booked by myself, after some heated discussions attendant reluctantly allowed me to leave the car park, this was quite stressful after traveling for 24 hours. My question is why was the booking not made under my name.

So easy to book and use. Car park is secure and uses ANPR . You just take ticket on way in and pay on way out, unless you have prepaid, which I always do. The bus is every 6 minutes and stops at lots of bus stops within car park, you do not need to phone for bus.

Competitive price. On arrival at airport, took some time to find a space to park as the car park was pretty full. ended up away through the far end where you are parking on stone/gravel chips and uneven ground. On return to Glasgow airport we were standing for a good 20/25 minutes in the cold before a bus arrived to pick us up and take us to the car park.

Directions for Long Stay

From M8 Eastbound (from West of Scotland). Leave the M8 at junction 29 following signs for Glasgow Airport then follow the one way system around Caledonia Way into Abbotsinch Road (approximately 2 miles).

From M8 Westbound (from Edinburgh, Glasgow, North of England). Leave the M8 at junction 28 follow signs to Long Term Parking along Sanderling Road into Abbotsinch Road (approximately 1 mile). Postcode: PA3 2AY.


Arrivals
At the entry barrier, your number plate will be read and we'll issue you a ticket automatically. If no ticket is issued, please press for assistance. Please keep your ticket safe as you'll need this on exit.
Once you have parked in a secure parking bay, head to the nearest bus stop before jumping on the free shuttle bus which will take you directly to the terminal. It usually takes less than 5 minutes to reach the Terminal for you to go straight to check-in. Please bear in mind that during peak holiday times the shuttles may be busier than usual, so you should allow an extra few minutes.

Exits
When you return, make your way to the Long Stay Bus stop directly outside the international arrivals. Wait for the bus to collect you and take you back to the Long Stay Car Park.

At the exit barrier, please insert your ticket so we can validate your booking, and raise the barrier. If you have overstayed your booking, your additional charge will be displayed, which you'll need to pay. If the barrier does not rise, please press for assistance.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 3 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate.
