What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive up to the barrier. The system will recognise your number plate and the barrier will lift. Drive in and drop off your luggage and passengers at the entrance. Park your car, keep your keys. Check in at reception then catch the shuttle bus.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your way back, call the number on your confirmation1 and make your way to Bus Stop 5 directly outside arrivals and get the bus back to the car park. Get in your car and as you leave the car park, the barrier will open automatically.

What else do I need to know?

The car park's shuttle bus is wheelchair-friendly - you'll just need to call the car park once you've booked to request this. While you're waiting for the shuttle, the following facilities are available to use: Showers, Toilets and Baby-changing facilities. Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.5m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). However no vans are accepted.

The actual parking after the vehicle recognition had opened the barrier was 1st rate but after that it went down hill. A sullen clique reception team told us we had to book in there too! Why? Everything that they needed to know was on my booking form. Nothing had changed. Very annoying & frankly it felt amateurish. Transfer drivers & buses were ok but an ice cream tub AND the cut off bottom of a plastic bottle both saying TIPS placed in the bus put me off giving anything & again was unprofessional. Will probably use again because it’s convenient but some customer services training wouldn’t go amiss.

Directions for Skyport (H)

If you're coming from Glasgow, leave the M8 at junction 28a. From Erskine Bridge, use junction 29.

Then:
- Take the A737 towards Irvine.
- After less than a mile, take the exit for Linwood and the A761.
- Follow the slip road, which leads to the Linclive roundabout.
- Take the second exit for Linwood Industrial Estate onto Burnbrae Road.
- Turn left into Burnbrae Drive.
- Skyport is on the right at the end of the road.

From the M77:
- Leave the M77 at junction 3 and join the A726, signposted Paisley and Irvine.
- Take the exit for the A761, again toward Irvine.
- Go straight over the roundabout.
- Take the second exit at the next roundabout for the M8.
- Go straight over a third roundabout.
- At the fourth roundabout, take the first exit signposted "Industrial Park (E)".
- Take the second exit on the left.
- Skyport is on the right at the end of the road.

We recommend entering the postcode of PA3 3BU into your sat nav if you are having trouble finding the car park.

Arriving at the car park
As you arrive, drive up to the barrier. The system will recognise your number plate and the barrier will lift. Drive in and drop off your luggage and extra passengers at the entrance. Park your car, keep your keys. Check in at reception then catch the included shuttle bus to the terminal. It runs when needed, is included in the price and takes 6 minutes..

Returning to the car park
On your way back, call the number on your confirmation 1 and make your way to Bus Stop 5 directly outside arrivals and get the bus back to the car park. Get in your car and as you leave the car park, the barrier will open automatically.


The car park's shuttle bus is wheelchair-friendly - you'll just need to call the car park once you've booked to request this.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until 12 midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.5m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). However no vans are accepted.
