Directions for Allegiance Park and Ride

Car Park Operating times are only between 07:00 - 21:30

Free Shuttle to all Terminals is now via Hatton Cross Underground Station

You'll retain your car keys for additional peace of mind.

Arrival Procedure:
Drive to the security barrier and advise the security guard you are here for Allegiance Park And ride.

Once inside, drive straight ahead where you will see the Allegiance Park and Ride office. Speak to staff inside the office who will allocate you a parking bay, proceed to park your vehicle in the allocated bay, lock your car, and take your belongings.

A shuttle will either be waiting for you or arrive within a few minutes to transport you to Hatton Cross Underground Station.

All airport transfers through Hatton Cross to all terminals are free of charge. Please tap payment card to simply open barriers.

Once dropped off to Hatton Cross walk towards the train station passing the bike shed. When travelling with children go through the luggage barrier gates together.

- Walk down the stairs
- Wait at platform 1 for your desired terminal train
- For terminals 2,3 and 5 its 1 train going to all 3 terminals
- Terminal 4 train is separate only for terminal 4.

Once inside the airport follow instructions;

Terminal 2:
Come out of station, take left to go to terminal 2, follow to the end use the walking elevator, take lifts at the end to departures level 5.

Terminal 3:
Come out of station, take right to go terminal 3, follow to the end use the walking elevator, follow yellow sign to the terminal 3 departures, take lift to level 0 into departures.

Terminal 5:
Come off the train, follow signs to departures, take lifts to departure which is shown on the elevator.

Terminal 4:
Come off train, follow signs to terminal 4, take lifts at the end of corridor to departures level 2.

Return Procedure:
Free transfers inside the airport are available. Use your payment card to simply open the train barriers. Follow the yellow "underground" signs from the arrivals area. Take the Piccadilly Line train to Hatton Cross;

- From terminals 2&3 - Platform 2 (1 stop) to Hatton Cross

- From terminal 4 - Platform 1 (2 stops) to Hatton Cross

- From terminal 5 - Platform 6 (2 stops) to Hatton Cross

Once at Hatton Cross:
Go upstairs, turn left, exit through the bus station, then turn left again.

Walk to the bike shed on the main road. Look for a blue "Pick up/Drop off point" sign.

Call the number on your confirmation option 3 or the number on your confirmation (Whatsapp) when you arrive at the pick up point. The Car Rental Square shuttle bus is free and comes every 15 minutes.

Additional Info:
Overstay Charges: Overstay fees are charged at £10 per day (subject to change). If you expect to be more than an hour early or late for your booking, please call ahead to inform the office. Overstays past midnight will incur additional fees, payable upon return.

Penalty Fees: Failure to settle overstay charges may result in a fixed penalty of £100.

Vehicle Restrictions: Please note that taxis and vans are not permitted in the car park.
