Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.

What security measures does the car park have?

Holders of the Park Mark certificate for safer parking. 24 Hour CCTV - No Public Access - High Fencing - 24 Hour Manned Security - Discreet Location just 10 minutes from the airport.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking

On drop off, there was no-one to take the car at the agreed time/location, despite receiving a call to confirm I would be on time. Having said that, I had lower expectations on my return but the car was ready and waiting when we got back. Happy days!

Good customer service and only a short wait for the car on return. Car wasn't spotlessly clean when we delivered it, however it undoubtedly needed a good wash on return as the outside was very dirty. Despite this minor point I would use the service again.

I was contacted whilst driving into Heathrow and the transfer was efficient. Upon my return I waited a little longer than expected for the return of my car. In both cases your staff were polite well presented.

The instructions on where to pick up the car at Heathrow are not very clear. It turns out that the pick up point is right on the other side of level one in the car parking area. I had to phone 3 times to get this clear and then the car did not arrive for 40 minutes although we landed on time.

Edward Lloyd meet and greet does exactly what it says on the tin, drove up to the terminal to be met by a friendly driver who was waiting with a trolley for the bags. Done and dusted in 2 minutes. Return journey was just as slick, had to wait 5 minutes whilst they delivered my car but no issues at all, again a very polite and friendly driver Will definitely use Edward Lloyd meet and greet again

Would definitely use again. We arrived early and although Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet were extremely busy they said they would send a driver to take our car within a specified time, which they did. Excellent service and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Return journey was excellent too.

Travelled to Heathrow on Christmas Day. Didn't receive the phone call to check on arrangements half an hour beforehand as advertised. Arrived at the appointed time but nobody there to meet us. Phoned to see what was happening and was told that someone would be there in around 20 minutes. The operator apologised for the delay and said that they were busy. A driver did arrive after 20 minutes. On returning home the arrangements worked perfectly and a driver was there when we exited the terminal.

Very efficient. Met at terminal on time (waited 5 mins for guy to arrive), and picked up car at Heathrow short stay within 5 minutes of phoning. Like most of the meet and greets, it can take several calls to get through to someone, which is a bit annoying, but it still all worked pretty well as planned.

Have used meet and great before but at other airports not Heathrow, this service was just as good, we would not do anything but meet and great now. The service is great not lugging cases on and off buses, your car is their waiting for you well worth the little extra cost

Important- From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees

Meets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable - no Lefthand drive cars taken

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.

Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:

On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.

If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.

For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £10 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.

When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.


IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation

Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff.


On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-

Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

On Return:

PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.

Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.


All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. To check the charge for your vehicle use this link https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335

If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.

Can the driver pick up and drop off at the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 rather than meeting at the short stay car park as we will be staying the night before departure and the night we return?They will meet you at Premier Inn, once you have made the booking please contact us with your booking reference number so we can advise Edward Lloyd

Hi can you accept a 14 seater minibus, it is 2.8metres long wheel base Mercedes sprintercan be driven on normal license. We have spoken with the car park and there is a possibility that they would accept this vehicle, but due to the length of the car park they would need to charge for two spaces.
