Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call 30 minutes before arriving on the number on your confirmation. Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt. Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00 (subject to change).

What is the pick-up procedure?

Upon return, two calls are required: First call the number on your confirmation immediately after landing Second call post luggage retrieval. Customer required to pay car park exit fee. The contact number will be in your booking confirmation and also provided to you on arrival.

What security measures does the car park have?

Operation timings: 04:00 to 23:59 Meeting points are: T2: Level 4, Row B, Short Stay Car Park T3: Level 4, Row B, Short Stay Car Park T4: Level 2, Row F, Short Stay Car Park T5: Level 4, Row S, Short Stay Car Park Additional £40 fee for larger vans. London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023. The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. To check the charge for your vehicle, use this link https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335 If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.

Terminal 2: Follow signs for Terminal 2; as you approach the ramp, stay in the far right hand lane and follow signs for Level 4 off airport towards row B. Postcode: TW6 1EW

Terminal 3: Follow the signs to Terminal 3 DEPARTURES. Enter the Short Stay car park and proceed to Level 4 Row B. postcode: TW6 1QG

Terminal 4: Follow signs for Heathrow Airport, Terminal 4, and then short stay car park. Drive to level 4 and park in rows A or B. Postcode TW6 3XA

Terminal 5: Follow signs for Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5, and then Short Stay car park. Once you approach the ramp stay in the far right lane and merge into the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the left lane and follow signs for Level 4 "off airport parking", park in row S. Terminal postcode: TW6
